विनोबा भावे विश्वविद्यालय ने नामांकन में रचा इतिहास, पारदर्शिता और रिकॉर्ड तोड़े

हजारीबाग, अगस्त 2025 — झारखंड का विनोबा भावे विश्वविद्यालय (विभावि) इस वर्ष राज्य के उच्च शिक्षा परिदृश्य में सुर्खियों में है। विश्वविद्यालय ने चार वर्षीय स्नातक पाठ्यक्रम में नामांकन के दौरान न केवल सबसे अधिक ग्रॉस एनरोलमेंट रेशियो (GER) हासिल किया, बल्कि कन्वर्ज़न रेट में भी शीर्ष स्थान पाया। उल्लेखनीय है कि कुल 40,992 नामांकन में एक भी छात्र “पीछे के दरवाज़े” से प्रवेश नहीं कर पाया, जो पारदर्शिता का बड़ा उदाहरण है।

कुलपति का सख्त रुख और पारदर्शी प्रक्रिया

कुलपति प्रो. चंद्र भूषण शर्मा ने शुरुआत से ही यह स्पष्ट कर दिया था कि नामांकन प्रक्रिया पूरी तरह निष्पक्ष और विवाद-मुक्त रहनी चाहिए। इस दिशा-निर्देश का पालन करते हुए नामांकन कोषांग और चांसलर पोर्टल के नोडल पदाधिकारी डॉ. इंद्रजीत कुमार ने पूरी प्रक्रिया को पारदर्शी बनाए रखा।

डॉ. कुमार ने बताया कि सभी नामांकन राज्य सरकार के आरक्षण रोस्टर और मेधा सूची के अनुसार किए गए। किसी भी परिस्थिति में कम अंक वाले छात्र को अधिक अंक वाले पर वरीयता नहीं दी गई।

डिजिटल निगरानी और टीम वर्क

पूरे नामांकन को कंप्यूटर सॉफ़्टवेयर के माध्यम से संचालित किया गया। इस दौरान किसी भी बाहरी व्यक्ति को डेटा तक पहुँच नहीं दी गई। डॉ. कुमार ने बताया कि इस प्रक्रिया में उनके सहयोगी दीपू कुमार की अहम भूमिका रही, जिससे निष्पक्षता और समयबद्धता सुनिश्चित हो सकी।

GER और कन्वर्ज़न में पहला स्थान

20 अगस्त, तीसरी मेधा सूची के आधार पर अंतिम दिन शाम 5 बजे तक, विभावि ने 40,992 नामांकन दर्ज किए। इसके साथ ही विश्वविद्यालय ने राज्य में सबसे अधिक GER हासिल किया और अपनी शीर्ष स्थिति बरकरार रखी।

• रांची विश्वविद्यालय: 33,009 नामांकन (दूसरा स्थान)
• सिद्धू कान्हू मुर्मू विश्वविद्यालय, दुमका: 29,861 नामांकन (तीसरा स्थान)

सिर्फ नामांकन ही नहीं, कन्वर्ज़न रेट में भी विभावि अव्वल रहा।

• विभावि: 61%
• एसकेएमयू, दुमका: 55%
• रांची विश्वविद्यालय: 47%

डॉ. कुमार ने बताया कि रांची विश्वविद्यालय को सर्वाधिक 68,774 आवेदन मिले थे, जबकि विभावि को 67,028 और एसकेएमयू को 54,699 आवेदन प्राप्त हुए। इसके बावजूद नामांकन की दृष्टि से विभावि ने सबसे अधिक सफलता हासिल की।

राज्य में बनी मिसाल

विशेषज्ञों का कहना है कि विभावि ने नामांकन प्रक्रिया में पारदर्शिता, तकनीकी दक्षता और निष्पक्षता का नया मानक स्थापित किया है। यह मॉडल राज्य के अन्य विश्वविद्यालयों के लिए भी प्रेरणादायक हो सकता है।
