देवघर डीसी नमन प्रियेश लकड़ा ने जनता दरबार में आई कई शिकायतों का ऑन द स्पॉट निष्पादन किया, फर्जी सिंचाई कूप निर्गत कराकर पैसे निकासी से जुड़े मामले में जांच का दिया आदेश

मंईयां सम्मान योजना के तहत अयोग्य लाभुकों का नाम पोर्टल से हटाने का डीसी ने दिया निर्देश

आमजनों के सुविधा को देखते हुए अधिकारियों की उपस्थिति में अब मंलवार, गुरुवार एवं शनिवार को हो रहा है जनता दरबार का आयोजन

देवघर : उपायुक्त नमन प्रियेश लकड़ा ने गुरुवार को जनता दरबार में मौके पर मुख्यमंत्री मईंया सम्मान योजना, पेंशन एवं राजस्व से संबंधित मामलों को ऑन द स्पॉट निष्पादन किया. इसके अतिरिक्त जिले के शहरी तथा ग्रामीण क्षेत्रों के लोगों ने जनता दरबार में भू-अर्जन व मुआवजा भुगतान से संबंधित, अनुकम्पा, बिजली बिल माफी व आवास से जुड़े मामलों को डीसी के समक्ष रखा।

डीसी ने जनता दरबार में झारखंड मुख्यमंत्री मंईयां सम्मान योजना के लाभुकों का सत्यापन करने का निर्देश दिया, ताकि योग्य लाभुकों का भुगतान किया जा सके और अयोग्य लाभुकों का नाम पोर्टल से हटाया जा सके। इसके अलावा, पेंशन योजना के तहत वैसे लाभुक जिनका किसी त्रुटि के कारण भुगतान लंबित है, त्रुटि का निराकरण करने का निर्देश दिया.

एक सप्ताह के अंदर शिकायतों को दूर करें अधिकारी : डीसी

डीसी ने सारवां प्रखंड अंतर्गत फर्जी सिंचाई कूप निर्गत कराकर पैसा निकासी से जुड़े मामले में जांच कर प्रतिवेदन समर्पित करने का निर्देश दिया। जनता दरबार के दौरान विभिन्ने आवेदन शिकायत के रूप में आये, जो कि जिले के विभिन्न विभागों से संबंधित थे।

ऐसे में जनता दरबार में सभी शिकायतकर्ता की समस्याएँ को सुनने के पश्चात डीसी ने संबंधित विभाग के अधिकारियों को निर्देशित किया कि सभी आवेदनों का भौतिक जांच करते हुए, उसका समाधान जल्द से जल्द करें।

उन्होंने सभी संबंधित अधिकारियों को सभी शिकायतों पर त्वरित कार्रवाई करते हुए एक सप्ताह के अंदर अपना प्रतिपुष्टि उपायुक्त कार्यालय को समर्पित करने का निर्देश दिया.
