विभावि में संगोष्ठी: नई शिक्षा नीति के क्रियान्वयन की चुनौतियों पर हुआ मंथन

विनोबा भावे विश्वविद्यालय (विभावि), हजारीबाग में शुक्रवार को “राष्ट्रीय शिक्षा नीति 2020 के क्रियान्वयन संबंधी चुनौतियां” विषय पर संगोष्ठी का आयोजन किया गया। यह कार्यक्रम अखिल भारतीय शैक्षिक महासंघ, उच्च शिक्षा संवर्ग, विश्वविद्यालय की आईक्यूएसी इकाई और मानव विज्ञान विभाग के संयुक्त तत्वावधान में आर्यभट्ट सभागार में आयोजित हुआ।

“नई शिक्षा नीति से बनेगा सपनों का भारत” — कुलपति

मुख्य अतिथि कुलपति प्रो. चंद्र भूषण शर्मा ने शिक्षकों से आग्रह किया कि वे नई शिक्षा नीति के प्रारूप को गंभीरता से पढ़ें, समझें और उस पर विचार करें।
उन्होंने कहा—
“राष्ट्रीय शिक्षा नीति 2020 के जरिए समावेशी और समग्र शिक्षा की जो परिकल्पना की गई है, उसे लागू करना आसान नहीं होगा। स्थानीय विश्वविद्यालयों और महाविद्यालयों में पाठ्यक्रम का चयन, आधारभूत संरचना और संसाधनों की कमी इस प्रक्रिया को चुनौतीपूर्ण बनाती है।”

अध्यक्ष व विशेषज्ञों ने रखे विचार

संगोष्ठी की अध्यक्षता कर रहे डॉ. विनोद रंजन ने शिक्षा नीति में भारतीय ज्ञान परंपरा के समावेश, अकादमिक व व्यावसायिक विषयों के संतुलन और डिजिटल माध्यमों की व्यावहारिक चुनौतियों पर जोर दिया।

डॉ. इंद्रजीत कुमार, विश्वविद्यालय के शिक्षा नीति समन्वयक, ने सकल नामांकन अनुपात, शिक्षक-छात्र अनुपात, स्वायत्तता, तकनीकी प्रयोग और शिक्षकों पर बढ़ते कार्यभार जैसे मुद्दों को विस्तार से प्रस्तुत किया।

प्रो. बिमल कुमार मिश्रा, प्राचार्य आदर्श महाविद्यालय, राजधनवार ने इंटर्नशिप को केवल प्रोजेक्ट तक सीमित न रखते हुए इसके मूल दर्शन को लागू करने की आवश्यकता पर बल दिया। उन्होंने महाविद्यालयों की आधारभूत असमानता, इंडस्ट्री-एकेडमी सहयोग और क्रेडिट बैंक प्रणाली की चुनौतियों का उल्लेख किया।

मानविकी संकायाध्यक्ष प्रो. मिथिलेश कुमार सिंह ने कहा कि कला संकाय के विद्यार्थियों के लिए बहुविषयक पाठ्यक्रम और कौशल विकास को व्यावहारिक रूप देना कठिन कार्य है। उन्होंने स्थानीय भाषाओं में पाठ्यक्रम सामग्री उपलब्ध कराने की आवश्यकता पर भी ध्यान आकर्षित किया।

अन्य वक्ताओं के विचार और कार्यक्रम का समापन

इस अवसर पर डॉ. सुनील कुमार दुबे और अरुण कुमार मिश्रा ने भी अपने विचार साझा किए।
कार्यक्रम का संचालन डॉ. अमिता कुमारी ने किया, जबकि डॉ. अमित कुमार सिंह ने स्वागत भाषण, डॉ. प्रणिता ने विषय प्रवेश और डॉ. रंजीत कुमार ने धन्यवाद ज्ञापन दिया।

संगोष्ठी में विभिन्न विभागों के विभागाध्यक्ष, शिक्षक, शोधार्थी, शैक्षिक महासंघ के पदाधिकारी और विद्यार्थी शामिल हुए। कार्यक्रम का शुभारंभ विनोबा भावे की प्रतिमा पर पुष्पांजलि के साथ हुआ और राष्ट्रगान के साथ इसका समापन किया गया।
