पालकोट व घाघरा में जनशिकायत निवारण दिवस: सभी आवेदनों का मौके पर हुआ समाधान

जिले में आम नागरिकों की समस्याओं के त्वरित निपटारे के लिए आयोजित साप्ताहिक जनशिकायत निवारण दिवस के तहत सोमवार को पालकोट और घाघरा प्रखंडों में शिविर लगाए गए। उपायुक्त प्रेरणा दीक्षित के निर्देश पर आयोजित इस कार्यक्रम में प्राप्त सभी शिकायतों का मौके पर ही निष्पादन कर दिया गया।

घाघरा प्रखंड: 19 शिकायतें, सभी का तत्काल निवारण

घाघरा प्रखंड कार्यालय में कुल 19 आवेदन प्राप्त हुए। इनमें –

• वृद्धा पेंशन से संबंधित – 07 मामले
• जन्म प्रमाण पत्र से संबंधित – 04 मामले
• मैय्या सम्मान योजना से जुड़े – 05 मामले
• मृत्यु प्रमाण पत्र से संबंधित – 01 मामला
• विधवा पेंशन से संबंधित – 02 मामले

प्रशासनिक टीम ने सभी 19 शिकायतों का ऑन-द-स्पॉट समाधान कर दिया। किसी भी आवेदन को लंबित या अग्रसारित नहीं किया गया।

पालकोट प्रखंड: 6 आवेदन, तुरंत हुई कार्रवाई

पालकोट प्रखंड में कुल 06 आवेदन प्राप्त हुए, जिनमें –

• पेंशन से संबंधित – 02 मामले
• मैय्या सम्मान योजना से जुड़े – 04 मामले शामिल थे।

इन सभी मामलों का भी उसी समय निष्पादन सुनिश्चित किया गया।

उपायुक्त का संदेश

उपायुक्त प्रेरणा दीक्षित ने कहा कि साप्ताहिक जनशिकायत निवारण दिवस जनता की समस्याओं के त्वरित समाधान का प्रभावी माध्यम है। उन्होंने आश्वस्त किया कि जिले के सभी प्रखंडों में यह प्रक्रिया नियमित रूप से जारी रहेगी और हर आवेदक को समयबद्ध व गुणवत्तापूर्ण सेवा उपलब्ध कराई जाएगी।

👉 प्रशासन का लक्ष्य है कि नागरिकों को अपनी बुनियादी सेवाओं के लिए दफ्तरों के चक्कर न लगाने पड़ें और शिकायत दर्ज होते ही तत्काल समाधान उपलब्ध हो।
