गुमला जिले के सभी प्रखंडों में ब्लॉक प्रोसेस लैब का आयोजन, विभिन्न स्तरों पर समन्वय और क्षमता निर्माण की दिशा में किया जा रहा है कार्य

गुमला : – गुमला उपायुक्त प्रेरणा दीक्षित के निर्देशानुसार आदि कर्मयोगी अभियान (Responsive Governance Programme) के अंतर्गत जिले के सभी प्रखंडों में आज ब्लॉक प्रोसेस लैब का आयोजन किया गया। इस कार्यक्रम का उद्देश्य विभिन्न स्तरों पर समन्वय को मजबूत करना और संस्थागत क्षमताओं का निर्माण करना है, जिससे प्रशासनिक व्यवस्था और अधिक प्रभावी तथा पारदर्शी हो सके।

आज आयोजित ब्लॉक प्रोसेस लैब में प्रशिक्षित बीएमटी, पंचायत राज कर्मी, बीडीओ, पंचायत अधिकारियों, प्रशासनिक पदाधिकारियों, पंचायत लिपिकों, शिक्षकों, वीएचएन, ए.एन.एम., आंगनबाड़ी कार्यकर्ताओं, राजस्व अधिकारियों तथा जल शक्ति विभाग के पदाधिकारियों ने सक्रिय भागीदारी की। सभी प्रतिभागियों ने अपने-अपने क्षेत्रीय अनुभव साझा किए और ग्राम स्तर पर योजनाओं को बेहतर ढंग से लागू करने की दिशा में विचार-विमर्श किया।

यह कार्यक्रम सफलता पूर्वक सम्पन्न हुआ और सभी प्रखंडों में कल ( मंगलवार) भी इसका आयोजन किया जाएगा। इसके पश्चात विलेज वर्कशॉप दिनांक 08 सितम्बर से 09 सितम्बर 2025 तक तथा विलेज विजन एंड एक्शन प्लान प्रिपरेशन का आयोजन दिनांक 10 सितम्बर से 13 सितम्बर 2025 तक चार दिवसीय कार्यक्रम के रूप में किया जाएगा।

उपायुक्त ने कहा है कि इन कार्यशालाओं का मुख्य उद्देश्य ग्राम स्तर पर योजनाओं को और अधिक प्रभावी, पारदर्शी एवं सहभागी बनाना है ताकि स्थानीय आवश्यकताओं के अनुरूप एक सुदृढ़ विकास कार्ययोजना तैयार की जा सके और इसका लाभ सीधे आमजन तक पहुँच सके।
