गुमला पुलिस ने पुलिस विभाग में नौकरी मिलने के नाम पर ठगी करने वाले न्यायिक हिरासत में

गुमला पुलिस ने पुलिस विभाग में नौकरी मिलने के नाम पर ठगी करने वाली सूर्यमती कुमारी और पति पिंटू कुमार उर्फ़ अविनाश कुमार को गिरफ्तार कर और न्यायालय में प्रस्तुत न्यायिक हिरासत में लेते हुए गुमला जेल भेज दिया गया

गुमला : – गुमला अनुमंडल पुलिस पदाधिकारी सुरेश प्रसाद यादव ने अपने कार्यालय कक्ष में एक प्रेस कॉन्फ्रेंस आयोजित कर बताया की दिनांक-30.08.2025 को समय 11.00 बजे दिन में गुमला पुलिस अधीक्षक ( जिला पुलिस कप्तान हरिश बिन जामां ) महोदय को एक गुप्त सूचना मिली कि गुमला थाना क्षेत्र के ग्राम धनगाँव में पुलिस में नौकरी लगाने के नाम पर फर्जी जॉईनिंग लेटर देकर लोगों को बहला-फुसलाकर पैसा की बसुली किया जा रहा है, जिस पर त्वरित कार्रवाई करते हुए ( जिला पुलिस कप्तान हरिश बिन जामां ) वरीय पुलिस अधीक्षक गुमला के निदेशानुसार अनुमण्डल पुलिस पदाधिकारी गुमला मुझे ( सुरेश प्रसाद यादव ) एवं पु०नि०-सह-थाना प्रभारी, गुमला महेंद्र कुमार करमाली, पु०अ०नि० गौतम कुमार एवं थाना के सशस्त्र बल को छापामारी दल में शामिल किया गया। छापामारी के दौरान वादिनी कान्ती कुमारी उम्र 30 वर्ष पे० स्व० प्रसाद लोहरा सा०-धनगाँव पंडाटोली थाना व जिला-गुमला के गाँव पहुँचे एवं वादिनी एवं अन्य लोगों से सम्पर्क करने पर बताया गया कि यादिनी कारीब 03 वर्ष पहले सिलाई कम्पनी में काम करने के लिए दिल्ली गयी थी उसी दौरान कम्पनी में ही सुर्यमन्ती कुमारी उम्र 30 वर्ष पे०-रामभजन प्रसाद पति-पिन्टु कुमार उर्फ अविनाश कुमार सा०-सिन्हुआर थाना मोहनपुर जिला-गया बिहार मोबाईल नंम्बर-7645084792 से भेट हुई तो सुर्यमन्ती कुमारी बोली कि मेरे पति पिन्टु कुमार उर्फ अविनाश कुमार दिल्ली पुलिस में दरोगा हैं और बहुत लोगों को सरकारी नौकरी लगाये है। उसके बाद सुर्यमन्ती कुमारी ने अपने पति से उनके मोबाईल नम्बर-9717455265 से बात करायी तो पिन्टु कुमार उर्फ अविनाश कुमार अपना पता हाउस नम्बर 918 गली नम्बर 11 कापासेरा साउथ बेस्ट नई दिल्ली का रहने वाला बताया, और बोला कि तुम्हें दिल्ली पुलिस में नौकरी दिला दूँगा जिसके एवज में 05 लाख रूपय लगेगा जिसमें कम से कम ढ़ाई लाख रूपया तत्काल जमा करना होगा। पिन्टु कुमार के द्वारा बताया गया कि गुमला पुलिस अधीक्षक का कार्यालय में भी खाना बनाना, सफाई करने का वेकेन्सी खाली है यदि कोई काम करना चाहता है तो उसके लिए प्रति व्यक्ति आठ हजार रूपये देना पड़ेगा। उसके बाद पिन्टु अपना बैंक खाता नं0-2126810000488 एवं मोबाईल फोन पे नम्बर-99711074145 दिया और बोला कि जितना जल्दी पैसा जमा कर दोगी नौकरी लगा देंगे। उसके बाद यादिनी कान्ती कुमारी ने अलग-अगल तिथि में कुल 2,29,000 दिये तथा 1. शांति केरेट्ट्टा 2. सेरोफिना बागे 3. अजय लोहरा 4. विजय लोहरा 5. सोनी देवी 6. बिरेन्द्र लोहरा 7. सोनी देवी 8. अंजलीना बागे आठो व्यक्तियों आठ-आठ हजार रूपया कुल 64,000/ रूपया, कुल-2,93,000/ रूपया पिन्टु कुमार उर्फ अविनाश कुमार के द्वारा दिये गये खाता नम्बर एवं फोन पे पर भेजा गया। उसके बाद सुर्यमन्ती कुमारी अपने पति पिन्टु उर्फ अविनाश के साथ दोनों गुमला स्थित वादिनी कान्ती कुमारी के घर आया और बोला कि तुम्हें दिल्ली में नौकरी लगा है और तुम्हारे साथियों का भी नौकरी गुमला पुलिस में लग गया है। जिसका जॉइनिंग लेटर देने आया हूँ, उसके बाद सभी को जॉइनिंग लेटर दिया गया और वादिनी कान्ती कुमारी को बिजुआसन मैदान का कैंप में जाने के लिए बोला तो ये वहाँ गयी और वहाँ के पुलिस को जॉइनिंग लेटर दिखाई तो उनलोगों के द्वारा बताया गया कि ये फर्जी जॉइनिंग लेटर है। उसके बाद वादिनी कान्ती कुमारी अपने घर आ गयी। दिनांक 31.08.2025 को प्रा०अभि० सुर्यमन्ती कुमारी को वादिनी के घर में पाया। वादिनी एवं प्रा०अभि० सुर्यमन्ती कुमारी को थाना लाये। प्रा०अभि० सुर्यमन्ती कुमारी से पुछताछ करने पर बतायी कि नौकरी दिलाने के एवज में 2,93,000/ रूपया लिये थे एवं फर्जी जॉईनिंग लेटर दिये है। तत्पश्चात वादिनी के लिखित आवेदन के आधार पर गुमला थाना कांड सं0-277/25 दि०-31.08.2025 धारा-316(2)/318(4)/338/336(3)/340(2)/61(2) बी०एन० एस० के अन्तर्गत प्रा०अभि० 1. सुर्यमन्ती कुमारी उम्र 30 वर्ष पे० रामभजन प्रसाद पति-पिन्टु कुमार उर्फ अविनाश कुमार सा०-सिन्हुआर थाना मोहनपुर जिला-गया बिहार 2. पिन्द्र कुमार उर्फ अविनाश कुमार पे०-नामालूम सा०-हाउस नम्बर 918 गली नम्बर 11. कापासेरा साउथ वेस्ट नई दिल्ली 110037 के विरुद्ध कांड दर्ज करने के उपरांत पकड़ाये 1. सुर्यमन्ती कुमारी उम्र 30 वर्ष पे० रामभजन प्रसाद पति-पिन्टु कुमार उर्फ अविनाश कुमार सा०-सिन्हुआर थाना मोहनपुर जिला-गया बिहार को विधिवत गिरफ्तार किया गया। गिरफ्तार अभियुक्तों का नाम –

1. सुर्यमन्ती कुमारी उम्र 30 वर्ष पे० रामभजन प्रसाद पति-पिन्द्र कुमार उर्फ अविनाश कुमार सा०-सिन्हुआर थाना मोहनपुर जिला गया बिहार

छापामारी दल के सदस्य-1. श्री सुरेश प्रस्तद थावय, अनुमण्डल पुलिस पदाधिकारी, गुमला।

2. महेन्द्र कुमार करमाली, पुलिस निरीक्षक-सह-थाना प्रभारी गुमला।
3. पु०अ०नि० बबीता कुमारी, गुमला थाना।
4. पु०अ०नि० गौतम वर्मा, गुमला थाना।
5. सशस्त्र बल शामिल थे।
