जेएलकेएम नेता-कार्यकर्ताओं ने खंडोली डैम में जल समाधि के लिए कूदे, पुलिस ने सुरक्षित बाहर निकाला, चरणबद्ध आंदोलन के जरिए धरना-प्रदर्शन जारी रहेगा

प्रदर्शन कर रहे लोग डैम से बाहर आने से इनकार किया, गहरे पानी में जाकर  जलसमाधि लेने की धमकी देने लगे थे

गिरिडीह : पूर्व घोषित कार्यक्रम के तहत सोमवार को ख़ंडोली डैम बचाओ अभियान के तहत झारखंड लोकतांत्रिक क्रांतिकारी मोर्चा (जेएलकेएम) के नेता और कार्यकर्ताओं ने खंडोली डैम जलाशय पहुंच कर डैम में छलांग लगाकर जल समाधि लेने का प्रयास किया। लेकिन पहले से अलर्ट बेंगाबाद थाना पुलिस ने सभी को डैम से सुरक्षित बाहर निकाला।

जेएलकेम नेताओं ने आरोप लगाते हुए कहा कि खंडोली डैम जलाशय की जमीन को भू-माफिया और सुभाष पब्लिक स्कूल प्रबंधन से बचाने के लिए वे चरणबद्ध आंदोलन कर धरना-प्रदर्शन कर रहे हैं।

इसी के तहत सोमवार को जल समाधि कार्यक्रम पहले से तय था। जल समाधि प्रदर्शन के दौरान नागेंद्र चंद्रवंशी, सूरज पंडित और अजय सहित कई नेता और कार्यकर्ता खंडोली डैम में कूदे और डूबने लगे। इसे देखकर पहले से तैयार पुलिस के जवान तत्काल बचाने के लिए उनके पीछे दौड़ पड़े और सभी को सुरक्षित बाहर निकालने का काम किया।

हालांकि इस दौरान प्रदर्शन कर रहे लोग डैम से बाहर आने से इनकार करने लगे और गहरे पानी में जाकर वे जलसमाधि लेने की धमकी देने लगे। लेकिन काफी देर बाद पुलिस के जवानों ने सभी को पकड़ कर बाहर निकाला।

पत्रकारों से बात करते हुए जेएलकेएम के नेता नागेंद्र चंद्रवंशी और अजय कुमार ने कहा कि शहर के एक बड़े भू-माफिया खंडोली डैम जलाशय की जमीन को लूट कर अब वहां अंडा और मशरूम प्लांट खोलकर पीने के पानी को दूषित कर रहे हैं, जिसे शहर की बड़ी आबादी की प्यास बुझती है।

नेताओं ने आरोप लगाया कि डैम की सरकारी जमीन को बेंगाबाद के अंचल कार्यालय का भू-माफियाओं को संरक्षण मिल रहा है। जबकि हमारी मांग प्रशासन से सरकारी जमीन की नापी करने की है। नेताओं ने कहा कि गिरिडीह के प्रमुख पर्यटक को भू-माफियाओं से बचाना उनका हक है।  हम अपने हक और अधिकार के लिए संघर्ष करने में पीछे नहीं हटेंगे ।

डीवीसी के पास जमीन के कागजात नहीं

स्थानीय मुखिया का कहना है कि अधिग्रहित की गई जमीन को लेकर कई बार अधिकारियों से मिले। लेकिन अधिकारी एक ही बात कहते हैं कि उनके पास जमीन अधिग्रहण के कागजात नहीं हैं। मुखिया कहते हैं कि जमीन का कागज प्रशासन के पास भले नहीं हो, लेकिन हमारे पास प्रमाणित कागजात हैं। हमारे पास खतियान है, हम जमीन की मालगुजारी देते आ रहे जिसकी रसीद है।

डीवीसी के पास जमीन के कागज नहीं है तो जमीन को खाली कर दिया जाए। मुखिया ने कहा कि हमलोग सरकार को मालगुजारी भी दे रहे हैं और सरकार पानी बेच रही है. कहा कि 15 दिनों के अंदर प्रशासन कागजात सार्वजनिक नहीं करता है तो आंदोलन टू की शुरुत करेगे। नेताद्वय ने शहरवासियों का आह्वावान किया कि भू माफियाओं और पूंजीपतियों से खंडोली डैम की जमीन को लूटने से बचाने की जरूरत है।
