गुमला : जिले में खाद्य सुरक्षा और गुणवत्ता सुनिश्चित करने के उद्देश्य से शुक्रवार को गुमला उपायुक्त प्रेरणा दीक्षित के निर्देश पर कई प्रतिष्ठानों का औचक निरीक्षण किया गया। निरीक्षण का नेतृत्व खाद्य सुरक्षा पदाधिकारी प्रकाश चंद्र ने किया।
किन प्रतिष्ठानों की हुई जांच
निरीक्षण दल ने जिले के आंगनवाड़ी केंद्र और आंजन खास के साथ-साथ—

जैसे प्रतिष्ठानों का गहन निरीक्षण किया।
जांच में मिली राहत
इस दौरान दूध और दुग्ध उत्पादों—पनीर, रसगुल्ला, खोआ आदि—की गुणवत्ता की जांच की गई। सभी नमूने मानक के अनुरूप और स्वास्थ्य के लिए सुरक्षित पाए गए।
उपायुक्त का संदेश
निरीक्षण के बाद उपायुक्त प्रेरणा दीक्षित ने कहा, “जनता को शुद्ध और सुरक्षित खाद्य सामग्री उपलब्ध कराना प्रशासन की सर्वोच्च प्राथमिकता है। इसी को ध्यान में रखते हुए जिले के सभी खाद्य प्रतिष्ठानों पर नियमित जांच अभियान जारी रहेगा।”
साथ ही खाद्य व्यवसाय संचालकों को निर्देश दिया गया कि वे स्वच्छता और गुणवत्ता मानकों का सख्ती से पालन सुनिश्चित करें।
