गुमला : जिले में विभिन्न दुर्घटनाओं से बेघर हुए 25 बच्चों के भविष्य को सुरक्षित बनाने के लिए गुमला उपायुक्त प्रेरणा दीक्षित के निर्देश पर जिला प्रशासन ने विशेष पहल शुरू की है। इस प्रयास का उद्देश्य यह सुनिश्चित करना है कि किसी भी बच्चे को शिक्षा, स्वास्थ्य और बुनियादी सुविधाओं से वंचित न रहना पड़े।
बाल संरक्षण इकाई की पहल
जिला बाल संरक्षण इकाई द्वारा सभी बच्चों की देखभाल की दिशा में कदम उठाए जा रहे हैं। इनमें से 6 बच्चों को बाल देख-रेख संस्था में रखा गया है, जहाँ उन्हें सुरक्षित आवास के साथ-साथ शिक्षा, स्वास्थ्य और पोषण संबंधी सभी सुविधाएँ उपलब्ध कराई जा रही हैं।
आर्थिक सहयोग और योजनाओं से जुड़ाव
6 अन्य बच्चों को स्पॉन्सरशिप योजना के तहत ₹32,000 की आर्थिक सहायता दी गई है, ताकि उनकी जीवन-यापन और पढ़ाई से जुड़ी आवश्यकताओं की पूर्ति हो सके। शेष बच्चों को भी विभिन्न योजनाओं से शीघ्र जोड़े जाने की प्रक्रिया जारी है। इसके लिए आवश्यक दस्तावेजों की पूर्ति कर प्रशासन ने अगला कदम पूरा कर लिया है।
उपायुक्त के निर्देश और निगरानी
उपायुक्त ने निर्देश दिया है कि प्रत्येक बच्चे तक योजनाओं का लाभ तय समय के भीतर पहुँचे और उनकी सुरक्षा एवं अधिकारों की सतत निगरानी की जाए। उन्होंने कहा कि बच्चों के समग्र विकास के लिए सभी विभाग आपसी समन्वय से कार्य करें तथा किसी भी बच्चे को उपेक्षित न छोड़ा जाए।
प्रशासन का संकल्प
इस पहल से न केवल बच्चों की मूलभूत आवश्यकताओं की पूर्ति होगी, बल्कि उन्हें समाज की मुख्यधारा से भी जोड़ा जा सकेगा। जिला प्रशासन का दावा है कि योजनाओं का लाभ देकर इन बच्चों को सुरक्षित भविष्य और सम्मानजनक जीवन उपलब्ध कराया जाएगा।
