गुमला : उपायुक्त प्रेरणा दीक्षित की अध्यक्षता में सोमवार को वन अधिकार अधिनियम (Forest Rights Act – FRA) से संबंधित एक विशेष समीक्षात्मक बैठक आयोजित की गई।
बैठक में हुई प्रमुख समीक्षा
बैठक में कल्याण विभाग अंतर्गत कुल 63 सामुदायिक वन अधिकार (CFR) मामलों की समीक्षा की गई, जिन्हें क्लियरेंस के लिए वन विभाग को भेजा गया है। इनमें से 30 प्रमुख मामलों पर विस्तृत चर्चा हुई। उपायुक्त ने निर्देश दिया कि 15 नवंबर 2025 तक कम-से-कम 35 लंबित CFR मामलों का निष्पादन हर हाल में सुनिश्चित किया जाए।
साथ ही, Individual Forest Rights (IFR) से संबंधित कम से कम 5 आवेदनों को स्वीकृति देकर प्रमाण पत्र जारी करने का निर्देश दिया गया।
उपायुक्त के निर्देश
उपायुक्त ने कहा कि कई मामलों में दस्तावेजों की अपूर्णता के कारण अनुमोदन प्रक्रिया धीमी है। उन्होंने जिला कल्याण पदाधिकारी को आदेश दिया कि सभी लंबित और अधूरे दस्तावेज शीघ्र पूर्ण कराए जाएं, ताकि 15 नवंबर से पूर्व सभी अनुमोदन और प्रमाण पत्र निर्गत किए जा सकें।
उन्होंने विभागों के बीच समन्वय, प्रगति की नियमित समीक्षा और दस्तावेजों की पारदर्शिता बनाए रखने की भी सख्त हिदायत दी।
