बिहार विधानसभा चुनाव 2025 को “सभी चुनावों की मां” कहा जाए तो अतिशयोक्ति नहीं होगी। 243 सीटों के इस महायुद्ध में सत्ता, साख और समीकरण — तीनों का भविष्य दांव पर है। 7.42 करोड़ मतदाताओं और 14 लाख नए वोटरों के बीच यह चुनाव विकास, बेरोजगारी, जातिगत समीकरण और प्रवासन जैसे मुद्दों पर केंद्रित है।
एनडीए के पक्ष में रुझान
राजनीतिक रणनीतिकार डॉ. अतुल मलिकराम के निजी सर्वे (अक्टूबर 2025 के दूसरे सप्ताह तक) के अनुसार:

यदि ये आंकड़े नतीजों में तब्दील हुए, तो नीतीश कुमार एक बार फिर ऐतिहासिक रूप से सत्ता संभालते दिखाई देंगे।
एनडीए की मजबूती और चुनौतियां
एनडीए का विकास मॉडल, विशेषकर सड़क, बिजली और महिला सशक्तिकरण, महिला एवं ईबीसी मतदाताओं को आकर्षित कर रहा है। सीट बंटवारे में भाजपा-जदयू 101-101, एलजेपी (राम विलास) 29, और राष्ट्रीय लोक मोर्चा व हम पार्टी को 6-6 सीटें मिलीं, जिससे गठबंधन में एकता दिखी।
हालांकि, नीतीश कुमार की उम्र और हालिया जनसभाओं में उनके अस्थिर व्यवहार को विपक्ष मुद्दा बना सकता है।
महागठबंधन की स्थिति
विपक्ष की ओर से तेजस्वी यादव रोजगार और युवा जोड़ाव को प्रमुख एजेंडा बना रहे हैं। सर्वे के अनुसार राजद को 60–65 सीटें मिल सकती हैं, परंतु मुस्लिम-यादव वोट बैंक से इतर अन्य वर्गों में समर्थन सीमित रहने की संभावना है। कांग्रेस की असंतोषपूर्ण स्थिति और सीट बंटवारे में खींचतान विपक्ष की बड़ी कमजोरी बन सकती है।
जन सुराज पार्टी – एक्स-फैक्टर
प्रशांत किशोर की जन सुराज पार्टी को राज्य में 10–11% वोट शेयर और 12–15 सीटें मिलने का अनुमान है। रघोपुर से अभियान की शुरुआत कर किशोर ने तेजस्वी यादव को सीधी चुनौती देने की रणनीति बनाई है।
सर्वे के मुताबिक एनडीए बहुमत के करीब है। अगर परिणाम 128–135 सीटों के बीच रहे, तो नीतीश कुमार पाँचवीं बार मुख्यमंत्री बनेंगे — जो एक नया रिकॉर्ड होगा।
हालांकि, बिहार की राजनीति अपने अप्रत्याशित मोड़ों के लिए जानी जाती है। जाति समीकरण, विकास विमर्श और युवा असंतोष अंतिम क्षणों में किस दिशा में पलटता है, यह 14 नवंबर को ही स्पष्ट होगा।
