इंदौर, अक्टूबर 2025: भारत की अग्रणी पब्लिक रिलेशंस कंपनी पीआर 24×7 द्वारा आयोजित ‘आइडिया चैंपियनशिप’ सफलतापूर्वक संपन्न हुई। इस प्रतियोगिता का उद्देश्य कर्मचारियों की रचनात्मकता और नवीन विचारों को सामने लाकर कंपनी के विकास को नई दिशा देना था।
आयोजन की रूपरेखा और उद्देश्य
प्रतियोगिता में कंपनी के विभिन्न विभागों से कर्मचारियों ने हिस्सा लिया। प्रतिभागियों को छह टीमों में बांटा गया, प्रत्येक टीम ने बिज़नेस ग्रोथ पर आधारित उत्कृष्ट एवं व्यावहारिक विचार प्रस्तुत किए। विषयों में डिजिटल मार्केटिंग, सोशल मीडिया रणनीति, ब्रांड वैल्यू, कस्टमर कनेक्ट और आंतरिक प्रक्रियाओं में सुधार शामिल थे।
विजेता और उनका विचार
कड़ी प्रतिस्पर्धा में रोहित पांचाल ने सबसे अलग और प्रभावी विचार प्रस्तुत किया। उन्हें 100 में से 73% अंक प्राप्त हुए और ‘चैंपियन ऑफ चैंपियंस’ का खिताब मिला। उनका विचार ‘चैंपियन आइडिया’ घोषित कर कंपनी की कार्यप्रणाली में लागू किया जाएगा। रोहित ने कहा, “सही अवसर और समर्थन मिलने पर हर कर्मचारी संगठन का इनोवेटर बन सकता है।”
टीमवर्क और रचनात्मकता
प्रतिभागियों ने शानदार टीमवर्क, नेतृत्व क्षमता और समर्पण का प्रदर्शन किया। कई टीमों ने अपने विचारों को प्रोटोटाइप और प्रेज़ेंटेशन के माध्यम से पेश कर उन्हें और अधिक प्रभावी बनाया। आयोजन को सभी ने ‘गर्व और योगदान का मंच’ बताया।
