गुमला : उपायुक्त प्रेरणा दीक्षित के निर्देश पर अनुमंडल पदाधिकारी राजीव नीरज की अध्यक्षता में स्कूली बच्चों की सुरक्षा, नशाखोरी की समस्या और यातायात नियंत्रण को लेकर एक अहम बैठक हुई। बैठक में ऑटो, बस, पेट्रोल पंप एसोसिएशन, विभिन्न स्कूलों के प्राचार्य, शिक्षक तथा प्रशासनिक अधिकारी उपस्थित रहे।
नशाखोरी पर पूर्ण प्रतिबंध

स्कूलों और कॉलेजों के 100 गज के दायरे में किसी भी नशीली वस्तु की बिक्री, खरीद या सेवन पूरी तरह वर्जित रहेगा।

बच्चों में फैल रही “नशीली पुड़िया संस्कृति” (जैसे आंटी, बम्बैया, चुटकी आदि) पर तत्काल रोक लगाने और स्कूलों को छात्रों में जागरूकता अभियान चलाने के निर्देश दिए गए।
नाबालिग ड्राइविंग पर कार्रवाई

18 वर्ष से कम उम्र के छात्र वाहन नहीं चलाएँगे, उल्लंघन करने पर वाहन जब्त होंगे।

स्कूल प्रबंधन ऐसे छात्रों के वाहनों को जब्त करे और अभिभावकों को चेतावनी दे।

विद्यालय ड्रेस में वाहन चलाते पकड़े जाने पर प्रिंसिपल और अभिभावक, दोनों पर कार्रवाई की जाएगी।
ट्रैफिक और ओवरलोडिंग पर सख्ती

DAV और Netrodham स्कूल के प्रति ओवरलोडिंग को लेकर चेतावनी दी गई।

तय सीमा से अधिक सवारी लेने वाले वाहनों को तुरंत जब्त करने का निर्देश।

टेम्पो चालकों का ड्रेस कोड अनिवार्य: डीजल के लिए खाकी, इलेक्ट्रिक के लिए नीली यूनिफॉर्म।
परिवहन व्यवस्था में सुधार

लोहरदगा जाने वाली बसें अब दुन्दुरिया बस डिपो से संचालित होंगी ताकि शहर में जाम कम हो।

सभी बसों के लिए निर्धारित स्टॉपेज अनिवार्य होंगे।

बच्चों को ले जाने वाले ऑटो चालकों के पास स्कूल का ऑथराइजेशन लेटर और पीछे सुरक्षा जाली लगाना जरूरी होगा।
“नो हेलमेट, नो फ्यूल” नियम लागू

पेट्रोल पंपों को निर्देश दिया गया कि बिना हेलमेट पेट्रोल न दें।

ऐसे चालकों के वाहन नंबर का रिकॉर्ड रखा जाएगा और चालान भी काटे जाएंगे।
प्रशासन ने दोहराया कि इन दिशा-निर्देशों का उद्देश्य बच्चों की सुरक्षा और शहरी यातायात की व्यवस्था में सुधार है। नियमों का उल्लंघन करने पर कठोर कानूनी कार्रवाई की जाएगी।
