गुमला : उपायुक्त प्रेरणा दीक्षित के निर्देशानुसार जिले में निरंतर रक्तदान शिविरों का आयोजन किया जा रहा है। इसी क्रम में आज भरनो प्रखंड में आयोजित शिविर में अधिकारियों, कर्मचारियों और आम नागरिकों ने उत्साहपूर्वक भाग लिया। शिविर में कुल 17 यूनिट रक्त का संग्रहण किया गया।
रक्तदान अभियान की प्रगति
उपायुक्त के निर्देशानुसार जिले में 8 अक्टूबर से 25 अक्टूबर 2025 तक सभी प्रखंडों में रक्तदान शिविरों का आयोजन किया जा रहा है।
अब तक कामडारा, जारी और गुमला सदर प्रखंडों में शिविर संपन्न हो चुके हैं। आगामी शिविर —
बिशुनपुर (14 अक्टूबर), पालकोट (15 अक्टूबर), सिसई (16 अक्टूबर), चैनपुर (17 अक्टूबर), रायडीह (18 अक्टूबर), बसिया (23 अक्टूबर) और घाघरा (24 अक्टूबर) में आयोजित होंगे।
उपायुक्त की अपील
उपायुक्त ने जिलेवासियों से अपील की कि वे इस जनहितकारी अभियान में बढ़-चढ़कर भाग लें। उन्होंने कहा कि सिकल सेल एनीमिया समेत गंभीर बीमारियों से पीड़ित मरीजों के लिए रक्त की समय पर उपलब्धता अत्यंत आवश्यक है।
रक्तदान न केवल जीवन बचाने वाला कार्य है, बल्कि दाता के स्वास्थ्य के लिए भी लाभकारी और पूर्णतः सुरक्षित प्रक्रिया है।
