गुमला : माननीय राष्ट्रीय हरित अधिकरण (NGT), नई दिल्ली के आदेशों के अनुपालन में और झारखंड राज्य प्रदूषण नियंत्रण पर्षद द्वारा वायु (प्रदूषण निवारण एवं नियंत्रण) अधिनियम, 1981 की धारा 32 (A) के तहत दी गई शक्तियों के आलोक में राज्य के सभी जिलों में पटाखों के प्रयोग पर नए दिशा-निर्देश जारी किए गए हैं।
निर्धारित प्रावधान

केवल ऐसे पटाखों की बिक्री की अनुमति होगी जिनकी ध्वनि सीमा 125 dB(A) से कम हो।

दीपावली के दिन पटाखे चलाने का समय रात्रि 8:00 बजे से 10:00 बजे तक रहेगा।

अन्य त्योहारों हेतु समय सीमा:

दीपावली व गुरुपर्व – रात 8:00 से 10:00 बजे तक

छठ पूजा – प्रातः 6:00 से 8:00 बजे तक

क्रिसमस एवं नव वर्ष – रात 11:55 से 12:30 बजे तक

इन आदेशों का उल्लंघन करने वालों के विरुद्ध BNSS के सुसंगत प्रावधानों व वायु अधिनियम, 1981 की धारा 37 के तहत कार्रवाई की जाएगी।
प्रशासन की अपील
जिला प्रशासन ने सभी नागरिकों से अनुरोध किया है कि वे पर्यावरण संरक्षण में सहयोग करें, केवल अनुमत समयावधि और सीमित मात्रा में ही पटाखों का उपयोग करें ताकि वायु गुणवत्ता सुरक्षित बनी रहे।
