गुमला : उपायुक्त प्रेरणा दीक्षित के निर्देशानुसार अवैध खनन एवं खनिज परिवहन पर रोक लगाने हेतु शनिवार को जिला प्रशासन, पुलिस विभाग एवं खान निरीक्षण दल द्वारा बिशुनपुर थाना अंतर्गत मौजा हाडुप, पंचायत सेरका में संयुक्त छापेमारी की गई।
छापेमारी की कार्यवाही
पूर्वाह्न 11 बजे से शुरू हुई इस कार्रवाई में पुलिस पदाधिकारी, खान निरीक्षक एवं पुलिस बल ने अवैध बॉक्साइट उत्खनन और भंडार स्थलों का औचक निरीक्षण किया।

महुवापाठ, हाडुप (पंचायत–सेरका) क्षेत्र में लगभग 12 टन अवैध बॉक्साइट भंडारित पाया गया, जिसे मौके पर ही जब्त कर लिया गया।

जांच में किसी प्रकार की खनन या भंडारण अनुज्ञप्ति उपलब्ध नहीं थी और न ही किसी व्यक्ति का नाम सामने आया।
कानूनी पहलू और सख्ती
जिला खनन पदाधिकारी ने स्पष्ट किया कि “अवैध खनन से सरकारी राजस्व और राष्ट्रीय संपदा दोनों की हानि होती है। बिना वैध पट्टा या अनुज्ञप्ति के उत्खनन व भंडारण, खान एवं खनिज अधिनियम 1957 के तहत दंडनीय अपराध है।”
अज्ञात व्यक्तियों के खिलाफ शीघ्र प्राथमिकी दर्ज कर आवश्यक विधि-सम्मत कार्रवाई की जा रही है।
वन विभाग की कार्रवाई
इसी क्रम में गुर्दरी चौरापाठ वन क्षेत्र में वन विभाग ने बॉक्साइट लदे एक ट्रक को भी जब्त किया है। विभाग द्वारा मामले में त्वरित कार्रवाई सुनिश्चित की गई।
निगरानी एवं प्रशासन का संदेश
जिला खनन पदाधिकारी सहित संयुक्त निरीक्षण दल ने क्षेत्र का दौरा कर अवैध खनन के खिलाफ शून्य सहिष्णुता की नीति दोहराई। जिले में इस तरह की अवैध गतिविधियों पर कठोर कार्रवाई का क्रम निरंतर जारी रहेगा।
