आईडीएफसी फर्स्ट बैंक ने 30 सितंबर 2025 को समाप्त हुई तिमाही और अर्धवार्षिक अवधि के बिना ऑडिट किए गए वित्तीय परिणाम जारी किए। बैंक ने बताया कि वित्त वर्ष 26 की दूसरी तिमाही में उसका कर-पश्चात लाभ (PAT) ₹352 करोड़ रहा, जो पिछले वर्ष की समान तिमाही की तुलना में 76% अधिक है।

ऋण एवं अग्रिम पोर्टफोलियो में 94% सालाना वृद्धि, मुख्यतः आवास, वाहन, उपभोक्ता, एमएसएमई और बिज़नेस बैंकिंग ऋण के कारण।

माइक्रोफाइनेंस पोर्टफोलियो में 41.6% सालाना कमी दर्ज की गई — कुल ऋण पोर्टफोलियो में इसका हिस्सा घटकर 2.7% रह गया (पिछले वर्ष 5.6%)।

बैंक द्वारा जारी क्रेडिट कार्ड्स की संख्या 40 लाख तक पहुँची।

प्राइवेट वेल्थ मैनेजमेंट का AUM 28% बढ़कर ₹54,693 करोड़ तक पहुंचा।

तिमाही में प्रावधानों में 12.5% की गिरावट दर्ज (₹1,659 करोड़ से घटकर ₹1,452 करोड़), मुख्यतः माइक्रोफाइनेंस में दबाव कम होने से।

माइक्रोफाइनेंस बफर से ₹75 करोड़ का उपयोग किया गया, जबकि ₹240 करोड़ का आकस्मिक प्रावधान अभी भी बरकरार है।

7,500 करोड़ रुपये की CCPS पूंजी इक्विटी में परिवर्तित होने के बाद, बैंक का पूंजी पर्याप्तता अनुपात 16.82% और टियर-I अनुपात 14.75% अनुमानित है।
प्रबंधन की प्रतिक्रिया
श्री वी. वैद्यनाथन, प्रबंध निदेशक एवं सीईओ, आईडीएफसी फर्स्ट बैंक ने कहा —
“एमएफआई व्यवसाय में जो दबाव था, वह अब काफी हद तक कम हो गया है। आईडीएफसी फर्स्ट बैंक की परिसंपत्ति गुणवत्ता स्थिर बनी हुई है, जैसा कि 30 सितंबर 2025 को सकल एनपीए 1.86% और शुद्ध एनपीए 0.52% से स्पष्ट है।
हमें उम्मीद है कि आने वाले समय में फंड की लागत धीरे-धीरे घटेगी, जिससे बैंक की लाभप्रदता और सुदृढ़ होगी। वित्त वर्ष 25 में हमारे कुल व्यवसाय में 22.7% की वृद्धि हुई, जबकि व्यय केवल 16.5% बढ़ा।
वित्त वर्ष 26 की पहली छमाही में भी यह रुझान बना रहा — कुल व्यवसाय 21.6% बढ़ा, जबकि परिचालन व्यय मात्र 11.8% बढ़ा है। यह संकेत है कि बैंक का ऑपरेशनल लीवरेज सुधर रहा है और आगे भी इसी दिशा में स्थिर प्रगति जारी रहेगी।”
आईडीएफसी फर्स्ट बैंक ने वित्त वर्ष 26 की दूसरी तिमाही में मजबूत लाभप्रदता, परिसंपत्ति गुणवत्ता और ग्राहक वृद्धि दर्ज की है। बैंक का बढ़ता सीएएसए अनुपात और घटती फंड लागत भविष्य में बेहतर वित्तीय प्रदर्शन के संकेत दे रहे हैं।
