गुमला ब्लड बैंक बंद होने से बढ़ी मरीजों की परेशानी, थैलीसीमिया पीड़ितों को हो रही भारी दिक्कत

गुमला, नवंबर 2025:
गुमला सदर अस्पताल परिसर स्थित ब्लड बैंक के बंद होने से जिलेभर में हड़कंप मच गया है। ब्लड बैंक बंद होने के कारण गंभीर मरीजों, थैलीसीमिया पीड़ित बच्चों और उनके परिजनों को भारी परेशानी का सामना करना पड़ रहा है।

इस बंदी के पीछे कारण बताया जा रहा है कि गुमला ब्लड बैंक सहित राज्य के 9 जिलों के ब्लड बैंक बिना लाइसेंस के संचालित पाए गए, जिसके बाद स्वास्थ्य विभाग ने इन्हें तत्काल प्रभाव से बंद करने का आदेश दिया।

एचआईवी संक्रमित खून चढ़ाने की घटना के बाद सख्त हुई सरकार

चाईबासा में एक पांच वर्षीय थैलीसीमिया पीड़ित बच्ची को एचआईवी संक्रमित खून चढ़ाने की घटना के बाद राज्य सरकार और स्वास्थ्य विभाग हरकत में आ गए। इस घटना के बाद पूरे राज्य में ब्लड बैंकों की जांच शुरू की गई, जिसके क्रम में गुमला ब्लड बैंक का भी लाइसेंस रद्द पाया गया।

सिविल सर्जन शंभू नाथ चौधरी ने बताया कि –

“स्वास्थ्य सचिव के निर्देश के बाद जिन ब्लड बैंकों का रजिस्ट्रेशन या लाइसेंस मान्य नहीं है, उन्हें बंद करने का आदेश जारी किया गया था। उसी के तहत गुमला ब्लड बैंक को भी बंद कर दिया गया है। हमने ब्लड बैंक के बाहर नोटिस चिपकाकर आम जनता को सूचित किया है कि अगले आदेश तक ब्लड वितरण बंद रहेगा।”

मरीजों पर संकट, अस्पताल में अफरा-तफरी

ब्लड बैंक बंद होने से थैलीसीमिया, डेंगू, एनीमिया और अन्य गंभीर रोगों से ग्रसित मरीजों को खून की उपलब्धता में भारी कठिनाई हो रही है। परिजन ब्लड के लिए गुमला सदर अस्पताल के चक्कर लगा रहे हैं, लेकिन उन्हें किसी भी प्रकार की राहत नहीं मिल पा रही है।

सिविल सर्जन ने बताया कि फिलहाल जिन मरीजों को खून की आवश्यकता है, उन्हें रांची स्थित रिम्स (RIMS) या अन्य मान्यता प्राप्त ब्लड बैंकों से संपर्क कर ब्लड की व्यवस्था स्वयं करनी होगी।

लाइसेंस नवीनीकरण की प्रक्रिया जारी

सिविल सर्जन शंभू नाथ चौधरी ने यह भी कहा कि –

“गुमला ब्लड बैंक का लाइसेंस प्राप्ति हेतु ऑनलाइन आवेदन पहले ही किया जा चुका है। जैसे ही लाइसेंस मिल जाएगा, ब्लड बैंक से पुनः ब्लड वितरण प्रारंभ कर दिया जाएगा।”

जनता में नाराजगी, सरकार पर उठे सवाल

गुमला सहित आस-पास के क्षेत्रों में इस निर्णय से लोगों में गुस्सा और चिंता दोनों है। लोगों का कहना है कि सरकार की लापरवाही और लाइसेंस प्रक्रिया की धीमी रफ्तार की वजह से अब मासूम और गंभीर मरीजों की जान खतरे में है।

स्थानीय समाजसेवियों और जनप्रतिनिधियों ने राज्य सरकार से मांग की है कि गुमला ब्लड बैंक का लाइसेंस शीघ्र जारी किया जाए और जरूरतमंदों के लिए अस्थायी ब्लड सप्लाई की व्यवस्था की जाए, ताकि किसी भी मरीज की जान खून की कमी से न जाए।
