विनोबा भावे विश्वविद्यालय के राजनीति विज्ञान विभाग में आज झारखंड राज्य स्थापना के 25वें रजत जयंती वर्ष के उपलक्ष्य में वाद-प्रतिवाद प्रतियोगिता का आयोजन किया गया। कार्यक्रम का विषय था — “अपने 25 वर्षों में झारखंड ने एक प्रगतिशील राज्य के रूप में अपनी पहचान बनाई है।”
प्रतियोगिता में कुल 20 प्रतिभागियों ने हिस्सा लिया — जिनमें 10 प्रतिभागियों ने विषय के पक्ष में तथा 10 ने विपक्ष में अपने विचार प्रस्तुत किए। प्रत्येक प्रतिभागी को 4 मिनट का समय दिया गया।
परिणामस्वरूप,
- पक्ष में आयुषी सिंह प्रथम, प्राच्य आर्य द्वितीय, तथा सुप्रीति कुमारी तृतीय स्थान पर रहीं।
- विपक्ष में प्रिया कुमारी प्रथम, पिंटू रजक द्वितीय, तथा रिया कुमारी तृतीय स्थान पर चयनित हुईं।
विभागाध्यक्ष डॉ. सुकल्याण मोइत्रा ने कहा कि प्रतियोगिता का उद्देश्य विद्यार्थियों को राज्य के विकास, उपलब्धियों और चुनौतियों पर गंभीर चिंतन एवं तार्किक अभिव्यक्ति के लिए प्रेरित करना था।
उन्होंने बताया कि कल भाषण प्रतियोगिता आयोजित की जाएगी, जिसमें आज भाग नहीं लेने वाले 10 विद्यार्थियों को शामिल किया जाएगा। उद्देश्य है कि अधिक से अधिक विद्यार्थियों को मंच पर बोलने का अवसर और सार्वजनिक संवाद का अनुभव प्राप्त हो सके।
