रांची। झारखंड शिक्षा परियोजना परिषद (JEPC) द्वारा राज्य के सरकारी शिक्षकों की क्षमता वृद्धि और प्रशिक्षण आवश्यकताओं के आकलन के उद्देश्य से आयोजित टीचर नीड असेसमेंट (TNA) के दूसरे चरण की परीक्षा बुधवार को सफलतापूर्वक संपन्न हो गई। तीन दिवसीय परीक्षा में 1,05,994 शिक्षकों ने भाग लेकर अपनी सीखने की प्रतिबद्धता दर्शाई।
राज्य के 63 प्रखंडों में बनाए गए परीक्षा केंद्रों पर शिक्षकों ने उत्साहपूर्वक परीक्षा में हिस्सा लिया। टीएनए के लक्ष्य के मुकाबले 99.3% शिक्षकों की भागीदारी दर्ज की गई।
तीसरे दिन 36,572 शिक्षक हुए शामिल
अंतिम दिन कुल 36,572 शिक्षक टीएनए में उपस्थित हुए। आज गिरिडीह जिला सबसे आगे रहा, जहां दोनों पालियों में मिलाकर 2,927 शिक्षकों ने परीक्षा दी।
बोकारो में रही सबसे अधिक कुल भागीदारी
तीन दिनों की कुल भागीदारी में बोकारो जिले ने शीर्ष स्थान प्राप्त किया, जहाँ 5,333 शिक्षक परीक्षा में शामिल हुए। इसके बाद चतरा, देवघर और धनबाद जिलों में भी बड़ी संख्या में शिक्षकों ने परीक्षा दी।
JEPC कार्यालय में भी आयोजित हुई परीक्षा
झारखंड शिक्षा परियोजना परिषद, रांची में भी टीएनए का आयोजन किया गया। यहाँ दो पालियों में परीक्षा ली गई, जिसमें खेलगाँव में प्रतिनियुक्त विभिन्न विभागों के खेल शिक्षकों सहित कुल 172 शिक्षकों ने भाग लिया।
परिणाम मोबाइल एप पर जारी होंगे
टीएनए परीक्षा के परिणाम जल्द ही शिक्षकों के मोबाइल एप के माध्यम से उपलब्ध कराए जाएंगे, जिसके आधार पर शिक्षकों की प्रशिक्षण आवश्यकताओं का निर्धारण किया जाएगा।
