डायट गुमला द्वारा “बच्चों के सीखने की दिशा में प्रभावी विद्यालयी प्रक्रियाएं” विषय पर आधारित दो दिवसीय सेमिनार आरम्भ

गुमला : – गुमला जिला शिक्षा एवं प्रशिक्षण संस्थान, डायट, में “बच्चों के सीखने की दिशा में प्रभावी विद्यालयी प्रक्रियाएं” विषय पर आधारित प्रधान शिक्षक सेमिनार का दो दिवसीय कार्यक्रम आज से विधिवत आरम्भ हुआ। इस कार्यक्रम का औपचारिक उद्घाटन डायट प्राचार्य एंव अन्य पैनलिस्ट द्वारा दीप प्रज्ज्वलित कर किया गया । डायट प्राचार्य ने अपने संबोधन में कहा कि विद्यालयों में सीखने का वातावरण तभी प्रभावी बन सकता है, जब प्रधान शिक्षक नेतृत्व की भूमिका को गंभीरता से निभाएँ और शैक्षणिक प्रक्रियाओं को निरंतर सक्रिय रखें।

विद्यालयों के प्रधान शिक्षकों के लिए आयोजित यह दो दिवसीय सेमिनार विद्यालयी प्रक्रियाओं को मजबूत करने के पाँच महत्वपूर्ण बिंदुओं पर केंद्रित है जो निम्न है ।

1. प्रातःकालीन सभा के लिए नवाचार – सभा में बच्चों की सक्रिय भागीदारी, विषय-आधारित दैनिक गतिविधियाँ एवं सकारात्मक संदेश।

2. प्रिंट रिच वातावरण का उपयोग – दीवारों, कक्षा कोनों एवं विद्यालय परिसर में शिक्षण-संबंधी सामग्री का सुव्यवस्थित प्रदर्शन।

3. दीवार पत्रिका लेखन – भाषा कौशल, रचनात्मकता एवं बाल-भागीदारी को बढ़ाने की दिशा में प्रभावी प्रयास।

4. रीडिंग कार्नर का सशक्त उपयोग – बच्चों में पठन आदत विकसित करने हेतु रोचक एवं आयु-उपयुक्त पुस्तकों की उपलब्धता।

5. विषय-कोनों का संचालन – गणित, भाषा, विज्ञान एवं सामाजिक विज्ञान जैसे विषयों के लिए गतिविधि-आधारित कोनों का निर्माण।

कार्यक्रम का मुख्य आकर्षण शिक्षकों द्वारा प्रस्तुति सत्र रहा, जिसका नेतृत्व पैनलिस्ट प्रतिभागियों ने अपने विद्यालयों में किए जा रहे नवाचारी प्रयासों—जैसे विषय कोनों का पुनर्गठन, मासिक दीवार पत्रिका संचालन, पढ़ने की गतिविधियाँ और साप्ताहिक थीम आधारित प्रार्थना सभा—को साझा किया।

मुख्य अतिथि श्री गुरु प्रसाद शर्मा ने अपने प्रेरणादायी संबोधन में कहा कि “लीडर्स जन्मजात पैदा नहीं होते बल्कि बनाए जाते हैं। बदलाव की शुरुआत स्वयं के भीतर से होती है।” उन्होंने ज़ोर दिया कि विद्यालय में उपलब्ध संसाधनों के उचित और सृजनात्मक उपयोग से छोटे-छोटे नवाचार भी बड़े सकारात्मक बदलाव ला सकते हैं।

पैनलिस्ट ने कहा कि “बेहतर परिणाम के लिए शिक्षकों को रीडिंग कार्नर की किताबें स्वयं भी पढ़नी चाहिए, तभी बच्चे प्रेरित होते हैं। विद्यालय का सहयोगी वातावरण सीखने के लिए अत्यंत आवश्यक है।” उन्होंने शिक्षकों को पठन संस्कृति विकसित करने और विद्यालय को सीखने का केंद्र बनाने के लिए प्रेरित किया।

सेमिनार के दौरान प्रतिभागियों में भागीदारी, पारस्परिक सीखने और सराहना की संस्कृति विकसित करने पर विशेष बल के साथ कहा गया कि जब शिक्षक एक-दूसरे से सीखते हैं और सकारात्मक कार्यों की सराहना होती है, तो विद्यालय में टीम भावना मजबूत होती है, जिसका सीधा असर बच्चों के सीखने पर पड़ता है।

डायट प्राचार्य ने दोनों पैनलिस्ट का हृदय से धन्यवाद किया। उन्होंने कहा कि उनके विचार न केवल प्रेरणादायी हैं बल्कि विद्यालय स्तर पर परिवर्तन लाने के लिए अत्यंत व्यावहारिक भी हैं। उन्होंने सभी प्रधानाध्यापकों को दोनों दिन “पूरे प्रशिक्षण में पूर्ण गंभीरता और सक्रियता के साथ भाग लेने” का निर्देश दिया और कहा कि इस प्रशिक्षण का वास्तविक लाभ तभी मिलेगा जब इसे विद्यालयों में लागू किया जाए।

डायट संकाय सदस्य के मंच संचालन एवं समन्वय में आयोजित इस सेमिनार में जिले के सभी प्रखंडों से लगभग 150 शिक्षक और प्रधानाध्यापक शामिल हुए। बड़ी संख्या में सहभागिता इस बात का प्रमाण है कि जिले में शिक्षण-अधिगम सुधार के प्रति प्रतिबद्धता बढ़ रही है। पूरे कार्यक्रम में अजीम प्रेमजी फाउडेशन सहित सभी रिसोर्स पर्सन का तकनीकी सहयोग अत्यंत सराहनीय रहा।
