स्कूल वाहन जांच अभियान: संत चार्ल्स पब्लिक स्कूल के पास बड़ी कार्रवाई, एक वाहन जब्त

गुमला : उपायुक्त के निर्देश पर स्कूली बच्चों की सुरक्षा को प्राथमिकता देते हुए गुरुवार, 04 दिसंबर 2025 को जिले में स्कूल वाहनों की विशेष जांच अभियान लगातार जारी रहा। आज की सबसे बड़ी कार्रवाई संत चार्ल्स पब्लिक स्कूल के पास की गई, जहां जिला परिवहन पदाधिकारी (DTO) और मोटर यान निरीक्षक (MVI) की टीम ने सघन जांच की।

उल्लंघन पर एक वाहन जब्त, कई को चेतावनी

जांच के दौरान परिवहन नियमों का उल्लंघन पाए जाने पर एक वाहन को मौके पर ही जब्त कर लिया गया। टीम ने कई वाहन चालकों और अभिभावकों को कड़ी चेतावनी भी दी।
DTO ने स्पष्ट बताया कि ‘ड्रिंक एंड ड्राइव’ करने वालों का लाइसेंस रद्द किया जाएगा।

बिना हेलमेट आए अभिभावकों पर तत्काल ऑनलाइन चालान

अभियान के दौरान सुरक्षा नियमों पर सबसे अधिक सख्ती की गई। स्कूल पहुंचने वाले उन अभिभावकों पर तुरंत ऑनलाइन चालान काटा गया जो अपने बच्चों को लेने या छोड़ने बिना हेलमेट पहने आए थे।
अधिकारियों ने कहा कि हेलमेट जुर्माने से बचने के लिए नहीं, बल्कि दुर्घटनाओं से जीवन बचाने के लिए पहनना जरूरी है।

प्राइवेट नंबर पर बच्चों को ढोने वालों को अंतिम चेतावनी

जांच में कई वाहन ऐसे पाए गए जो प्राइवेट नंबर (सफेद प्लेट) पर बच्चों को ले जा रहे थे, जबकि यह व्यावसायिक परिचालन माना जाता है और पूरी तरह अवैध है।
DTO ने ऐसे चालकों को अंतिम चेतावनी देते हुए कहा कि अगले माह तक वाहनों को कमर्शियल नंबर (पीला प्लेट) में अनिवार्य रूप से बदलें, अन्यथा अगले अभियान में भारी जुर्माना और कड़ी कानूनी कार्रवाई की जाएगी।

अन्य स्कूलों की भी निगरानी—संत पैट्रिक और संत इग्नेशियस की गाड़ियों की लिस्टिंग

प्रशासन अब किसी भी तरह की लापरवाही के मूड में नहीं है। टीम ने बताया कि अभियान को दूसरे स्कूलों तक भी विस्तार दिया जा रहा है।
जांच क्रम में संत पैट्रिक और संत इग्नेशियस स्कूल के वाहनों की भी लिस्टिंग शुरू कर दी गई है।
साथ ही, जांच से बचकर भागने वाली गाड़ियों को पकड़ने के लिए विशेष रणनीति तैयार की गई है।

स्कूलों को सख्त निर्देश

DTO ने सभी स्कूल प्रबंधनों और वाहन चालकों के लिए नए निर्देश जारी किए:

1. वाहन नंबर प्लेट: सभी स्कूल वाहनों को कमर्शियल नंबर (पीला प्लेट) अनिवार्य रूप से लगाना होगा।
2. क्षमता का पालन: वाहन में सीट संख्या से अधिक सवारियां बिल्कुल नहीं।
3. स्कूल परमिशन: सभी चालकों के पास स्कूल प्रबंधन का परमिशन लेटर और ऑथोराइजेशन अनिवार्य।
4. दस्तावेज: संचालन केवल लाइसेंस, फिटनेस, परमिट और बीमा के साथ ही।
5. बच्चों की सुरक्षा: किसी भी तरह की लापरवाही पर कठोर कार्रवाई होगी।
6. आचरण प्रमाण पत्र: सभी चालकों को चरित्र/आचरण प्रमाण पत्र अनिवार्य रूप से प्रस्तुत करना होगा।

स्कूल प्रबंधन और अभिभावकों पर DTO की टिप्पणी

जांच के दौरान स्कूल प्रबंधन ने दावा किया कि कई बार अभिभावक खुद वाहनों में बच्चों को ओवरलोड करके भेजने का दबाव डालते हैं।
इस पर DTO ने दो टूक कहा कि थोड़े पैसे बचाने की मानसिकता बच्चों की सुरक्षा के साथ खिलवाड़ है।
उन्होंने कहा कि कमर्शियल वाहन न लेने की वजह से कई स्कूल जोखिम बढ़ा रहे हैं, जबकि कमर्शियल वाहन होने पर दुर्घटना की स्थिति में बीमा भी आसानी से मिलता है।
