विभावि के बायोटेक्नोलॉजी विभाग में आयोजित हुआ व्याख्यान

बायोटेक्नोलॉजी में शोध हेतु झारखंड में है असीम संभावनाएं: डॉ आरती महतो

विनोबा भावे विश्वविद्यालय के बायोटेक्नोलॉजी विभाग में शनिवार को एक व्याख्यान का आयोजन किया गया। व्याख्यान का विषय था “बायोटेक्नोलॉजी में शोध और विकास का महत्व।”(Importance of Research and Development in Biotechnology)

मुख्य वक्ता इंस्टीट्यूट फॉर इंडस्ट्रियल एंड एकेडमिक रिसर्च, रांची के निदेशक डॉ आरती महतो ने बायोटेक्नोलॉजी जैसे एक आधुनिक विषय में शोध के महत्व के विभिन्न बिंदुओं को विस्तार से बताया। उन्होंने बताया कि झारखंड जैसे राज्य में बायोटेक्नोलॉजी के क्षेत्र में शोध की असीम संभावनाएं हैं। मौके पर उपस्थित विद्यार्थियों को लघु शोध परियोजनाओं के निर्माण से संबंधित जानकारियां दी गई। शोध के कार्यों को धरातल पर कैसे उतारा जा सकता है, इस विषय पर भी उन्होंने प्रकाश डाला।

अपने व्याख्यान के उपरांत डॉ आरती महतो ने व्याख्यान के विषय से संबंधित कई प्रश्नों को लिया और और विस्तार से समझाया।

इससे पूर्व बायोटेक्नोलॉजी विभाग के निदेशक डॉ इंद्रजीत कुमार ने पुष्प गुच्छ भेंट कर मुख्य वक्ता का स्वागत किया। विभागीय प्राध्यापक डॉ सुमित कुमार श्रीवास्तव ने विषय प्रवेश किया तथा डॉ कुमार आनंद ने धन्यवाद ज्ञापित किया। इस अवसर पर विभाग के शिक्षक एवं विद्यार्थी अच्छी संख्या में उपस्थित हुए।
