झारखंड: राज्यस्तरीय टीम करेगी स्वच्छ एवं हरित विद्यालयों की गहन जांच

झारखंड में मुख्यमंत्री स्वच्छ विद्यालय पुरस्कार और स्वच्छ एवं हरित विद्यालय रेटिंग कार्यक्रम (SHVR) के तहत चयनित विद्यालयों की जांच के लिए राज्यस्तरीय 72 सदस्यीय अनुश्रवण दल का गठन किया गया है। इस दल का नेतृत्व 24 वरीय पदाधिकारी करेंगे। दल 15 दिसंबर 2025 तक सभी जिलों का भ्रमण कर चयनित विद्यालयों का मूल्यांकन करेगा।

जिलों से विद्यालयों का चयन पूर्ण

जिलास्तरीय चयन समितियों ने अब तक पूरे राज्य से

• मुख्यमंत्री स्वच्छ विद्यालय पुरस्कार के लिए 124 विद्यालय,
• स्वच्छ एवं हरित विद्यालय रेटिंग कार्यक्रम के लिए 183 विद्यालय
  नामित किए हैं। प्रत्येक जिले से 11 विद्यालय MSVP हेतु और 08 विद्यालय SHVR हेतु चयनित किए गए हैं।

पुरस्कार चयन प्रक्रिया होगी पारदर्शी

मुख्यमंत्री की पहल पर स्वच्छ, सुरक्षित और हरित विद्यालयों को प्रोत्साहित करने तथा वित्तीय सहायता प्रदान करने के उद्देश्य से यह प्रक्रिया संचालित की जा रही है। मूल्यांकन में स्वच्छ शौचालय, पीने योग्य जल, हाथ धोने की सुविधा, व्यवहार परिवर्तन, मासिक धर्म प्रबंधन, सुरक्षा मानक, जल संरक्षण, इको-क्लब की सक्रियता और जलवायु परिवर्तन जैसे मापदंड शामिल हैं।

राज्यस्तरीय टीम चयनित विद्यालयों का स्थलीय सत्यापन कर अंतिम रेटिंग तय करेगी। सभी बिंदुओं से संबंधित दस्तावेजों का मिलान भी अनिवार्य होगा।

फाइव स्टार रेटिंग वाले विद्यालय होंगे राज्यस्तरीय पुरस्कार के लिए अनुशंसित

भ्रमण के दौरान पदाधिकारी अपने-अपने जिलों से उन विद्यालयों की अनुशंसा करेंगे, जिन्हें फाइव-स्टार रेटिंग प्राप्त है और जो राज्यस्तरीय पुरस्कार के योग्य हैं। संबंधित पोर्टलों पर विद्यालयों की वास्तविक ग्रेडिंग तत्काल दर्ज करने का निर्देश दिया गया है। उत्कृष्ट विद्यालयों की पहचान कर उनका विस्तृत प्रेजेंटेशन भी राज्य कार्यालय को भेजा जाएगा।

हैबिटेशन मैपिंग की भी होगी जांच

DAHAR 2.0 पोर्टल पर 6 दिसंबर 2025 तक शिक्षकों द्वारा हैबिटेशन मैपिंग कार्य पूर्ण करने के निर्देश दिए गए हैं। राज्यस्तरीय टीम जिलों के भ्रमण के दौरान इस कार्य की भी वास्तविक स्थिति की समीक्षा करेगी और रिपोर्ट राज्य कार्यालय को भेजेगी।
