घाघरा के झलकापाट गांव में गर्भवती महिला व अजन्मे बच्चे की दर्दनाक मौत

गुमला जिले के घाघरा प्रखंड अंतर्गत सुदूरवर्ती दीरगांव पंचायत के झलकापाट गांव से एक हृदय विदारक घटना सामने आई है, जिसने विकास के दावों और जमीनी हकीकत के बीच की गहरी खाई को एक बार फिर उजागर कर दिया है। सड़क और बुनियादी स्वास्थ्य सुविधाओं के अभाव में आदिम जनजाति समुदाय की गर्भवती महिला सुकरी कुमारी और उसके गर्भ में पल रहे बच्चे की इलाज में देरी के कारण मौत हो गई।

प्राप्त जानकारी के अनुसार, प्रसव पीड़ा होने पर परिजनों ने सुकरी कुमारी को कंधे और बहंगी में उठाकर घर से निकाला। जान जोखिम में डालते हुए परिजन झलकापाट गांव से लगभग एक किलोमीटर दूर काड़ासिल्ली गांव तक पैदल पहुंचे। यह पूरा इलाका अत्यंत दुर्गम, पठारी और नक्सल प्रभावित क्षेत्र है, जहां आवागमन के लिए कोई पक्की सड़क नहीं है।

काड़ासिल्ली पहुंचने के बाद ममता वाहन एंबुलेंस की मदद से महिला को घाघरा सामुदायिक स्वास्थ्य केंद्र लाया गया। वहां महिला की गंभीर स्थिति को देखते हुए चिकित्सकों ने उसे तत्काल सदर अस्पताल, गुमला रेफर कर दिया। हालांकि, गुमला ले जाने के दौरान रास्ते में ही सुकरी कुमारी ने दम तोड़ दिया। उसके साथ गर्भ में पल रहे बच्चे की भी मौत हो गई। परिजन और स्थानीय लोग इस त्रासदी के लिए बुनियादी सुविधाओं की कमी और सिस्टम की देरी को जिम्मेदार ठहरा रहे हैं।

स्थानीय ग्रामीणों का कहना है कि झलकापाट गांव में आजादी के लगभग 78 वर्ष बाद भी सड़क नहीं बन पाई है। बरसात के मौसम में हालात और भी बदतर हो जाते हैं, जब गांव का संपर्क बाहरी दुनिया से लगभग कट जाता है। सड़क के अभाव में शिक्षा, स्वास्थ्य और रोजगार जैसी मूलभूत सुविधाएं ग्रामीणों के लिए आज भी दूर का सपना बनी हुई हैं।

ग्रामीणों ने बताया कि झलकापाट गांव दीरगांव पंचायत का नक्सल प्रभावित और अत्यंत दुर्गम क्षेत्र है। यहां न पक्की सड़क है, न नियमित बिजली, न ही स्वास्थ्य और संचार की समुचित व्यवस्था। बारिश के दिनों में गांव तक पहुंचना लगभग असंभव हो जाता है। वर्षों से सड़क निर्माण की मांग की जा रही है, लेकिन हर बार केवल आश्वासन ही मिलते रहे हैं।

यह घटना सरकारी योजनाओं और जमीनी क्रियान्वयन के बीच की गंभीर खामियों को उजागर करती है। घाघरा प्रखंड मुख्यालय से यह इलाका भले ही करीब 30 किलोमीटर दूर हो, लेकिन विकास के लिहाज से यह दूरी कहीं अधिक प्रतीत होती है। दूरदराज और आदिम जनजाति बहुल क्षेत्रों में स्वास्थ्य सेवाओं की प्रभावी पहुंच आज भी एक बड़ी चुनौती बनी हुई है। सुकरी कुमारी और उसके अजन्मे बच्चे की मौत इसी उपेक्षा और अव्यवस्था की दर्दनाक मिसाल बन गई है।
