उपायुक्त के निर्देश पर शुरू हुआ ‘बोर्ड एग्जाम विजय अभियान’

गुमला जिले में शैक्षणिक गुणवत्ता में सुधार और बोर्ड परीक्षाओं में बेहतर परिणाम सुनिश्चित करने के उद्देश्य से उपायुक्त के निर्देश पर “बोर्ड एग्जाम विजय अभियान” की शुरुआत की गई है। इस अभियान के तहत जिले के सभी सरकारी माध्यमिक एवं उच्चतर माध्यमिक विद्यालयों, कस्तूरबा गांधी बालिका विद्यालय, झारखंड बालिका आवासीय विद्यालय तथा कल्याण विभाग के अधीन संचालित आवासीय विद्यालयों में कक्षा 10वीं एवं 12वीं की बोर्ड परीक्षा 2026 की तैयारियों को लेकर सघन अनुश्रवण एवं प्रभावी देखरेख के निर्देश जारी किए गए हैं।
आगामी 03 फरवरी 2026 से प्रारंभ होने वाली बोर्ड परीक्षाओं को ध्यान में रखते हुए उपायुक्त के निर्देशानुसार जनवरी 2026 के अंत तक प्रखंडवार वरीय पदाधिकारियों एवं विद्यालयवार संबंधित पदाधिकारियों को विद्यालयों से संबद्ध किया गया है। सभी नामित पदाधिकारियों को अपने आवंटित विद्यालयों का साप्ताहिक भ्रमण कर ऑडियो-वीडियो माध्यम से अनुश्रवण सुनिश्चित करने तथा अपने नेतृत्व में परीक्षाफल में सुधार हेतु आवश्यक कदम उठाने का निर्देश दिया गया है।
निर्देशों में कहा गया है कि सीमित समय को देखते हुए कक्षा 10वीं एवं 12वीं की बोर्ड परीक्षाओं में शत-प्रतिशत उत्तीर्णता और जिले के उत्कृष्ट प्रदर्शन के लक्ष्य को प्राप्त करने हेतु मॉक टेस्ट के माध्यम से कमजोर विद्यार्थियों की पहचान कर उनके लिए विशेष परीक्षा तैयारी और गुणवत्तापूर्ण रिमेडियल कक्षाओं का संचालन किया जाए। इसके साथ ही विद्यार्थियों की उपस्थिति बढ़ाने, विद्यालय प्रबंधन समिति एवं अभिभावक-शिक्षक बैठकों के आयोजन, शिक्षकों एवं छात्रों के नियमित प्रोत्साहन तथा जिला स्तर पर गठित शैक्षणिक कोर टीम द्वारा उपलब्ध कराए जा रहे मॉडल अभ्यास प्रश्नों के आधार पर सघन परीक्षा तैयारी कराने पर विशेष बल दिया गया है।
सभी माध्यमिक एवं उच्चतर माध्यमिक विद्यालयों के प्रधानाध्यापकों को निर्देशित किया गया है कि वे मॉक टेस्ट में कमजोर पाए गए एवं अत्यधिक अनुपस्थित विद्यार्थियों की पहचान कर शिक्षकों की टैगिंग करते हुए समूह बनाएं। साथ ही टेलीफोन एवं व्हाट्सएप के माध्यम से नियमित रूप से मॉडल प्रश्न साझा करें, निरंतर मूल्यांकन और फीडबैक सुनिश्चित करें तथा अभिभावकों से सतत संपर्क कर विद्यार्थियों की नियमित उपस्थिति सुनिश्चित कराएं।
निर्देशानुसार 10 जनवरी 2026 को विशेष मॉक टेस्ट आयोजित किया जाएगा। पूर्व प्रदर्शन और इस मॉक टेस्ट के परिणामों की समीक्षा के आधार पर बोर्ड परीक्षा की दृष्टि से महत्वपूर्ण विषयों की लक्षित तैयारी कराई जाएगी, ताकि सभी विद्यार्थी परीक्षा में सफल हो सकें।
जिला स्तरीय शैक्षणिक कोर समिति के सभी विषय शिक्षकों को दैनिक अभ्यास हेतु विषयवार प्रश्न पत्र नियमित रूप से व्हाट्सएप ग्रुप में साझा करने का निर्देश दिया गया है, जिसका सतत अनुश्रवण संबंधित पदाधिकारियों द्वारा किया जाएगा।
विद्यालयों के टेलीफोनिक अनुश्रवण एवं फीडबैक संकलन की जिम्मेदारी डायट, गुमला के सभी संकाय सदस्यों को सौंपी गई है। संकाय सदस्य साप्ताहिक रूप से रोटेशन के आधार पर विद्यालयों से संपर्क कर फीडबैक प्राप्त करेंगे और साप्ताहिक प्रतिवेदन जिला शिक्षा अधीक्षक एवं जिला शिक्षा पदाधिकारी को उपलब्ध कराएंगे। वहीं जिला शिक्षा परियोजना, गुमला द्वारा गठित मॉनिटरिंग कोर समिति प्रतिदिन 10 से 12 विद्यालयों का ऑडियो-वीडियो माध्यम से अनुश्रवण करेगी।
पूरे अभियान के समग्र अनुश्रवण एवं समन्वय के लिए उपायुक्त के निर्देश पर शशिन्द्र कुमार बड़ाईक, अपर समाहर्ता, गुमला तथा दिलेश्वर महतो, उप विकास आयुक्त, गुमला को नोडल पदाधिकारी नामित किया गया है।
सभी संबंधित पदाधिकारियों को स्पष्ट निर्देश दिया गया है कि माध्यमिक एवं उच्चतर माध्यमिक बोर्ड परीक्षा 2026 में छात्र-छात्राओं की शत-प्रतिशत सफलता और जिले के बेहतर प्रदर्शन को सुनिश्चित करने हेतु सभी स्तरों पर जारी निर्देशों का सख्ती और समयबद्ध तरीके से अनुपालन किया जाए।
