सामुदायिक स्वास्थ्य केंद्र में हड़ताली आउटसोर्सिंग स्वास्थ्य कर्मियों को सीटू का समर्थन

गोमिया – बोकारो जिला के विभिन्न प्रखंडों में सामुदायिक स्वास्थ्य केंद्रों में आउटसोर्सिंग के अंतर्गत कार्यरत स्वास्थ्य कर्मी पिछले आठ दिनों से अपनी मांगों को लेकर हड़ताल पर हैं। हड़ताली स्वास्थ्य कर्मी छह माह से लंबित वेतन भुगतान, ईएसआईसी एवं ईपीएफ का लाभ दिए जाने की मांग कर रहे हैं।

इसी क्रम में गोमिया सामुदायिक स्वास्थ्य केंद्र में हड़ताल पर बैठे स्वास्थ्य कर्मियों से मिलने सीटू बोकारो जिला संयुक्त महासचिव राकेश कुमार पहुंचे और हड़ताल व मांगों को अपना समर्थन दिया। उन्होंने कहा कि इसी वर्ष फरवरी-मार्च महीने में भी आउटसोर्सिंग स्वास्थ्य कर्मी हड़ताल पर गए थे, उस समय भी सीटू ने उनके आंदोलन और मांगों का समर्थन किया था।

राकेश कुमार ने बताया कि उस दौरान सिविल सर्जन बोकारो के स्तर पर वार्ता हुई थी तथा मांगों को पूरा करने के लिए एक सहमति पत्र भी बना था। इसके बावजूद लगभग दस महीने बाद फिर से स्वास्थ्य कर्मियों को छह माह के बकाया वेतन, ईएसआईसी और ईपीएफ की मांग को लेकर हड़ताल पर जाना पड़ रहा है, जो बेहद दुर्भाग्यपूर्ण है।

उन्होंने चिंता जताते हुए कहा कि हड़ताल के आठ दिन बीत जाने के बावजूद जिला स्वास्थ्य विभाग की ओर से अब तक हड़ताली कर्मियों से कोई बातचीत नहीं की गई है और न ही उनकी मांगों को लेकर कोई आश्वासन दिया गया है।

सीटू बोकारो जिला कमेटी की ओर से उन्होंने मांग की कि अविलंब हड़ताली स्वास्थ्य कर्मियों से वार्ता की जाए तथा उनके छह माह के बकाया वेतन का भुगतान सुनिश्चित करने के लिए त्वरित और ठोस कार्रवाई की जाए।
