झारखंड ही नहीं देश के प्रतिष्ठित ज्योतिषाचार्य आचार्य अमरेंद्र मिश्र ने जन्म कुंडली को लेकर अपने सारगर्भित विचार व्यक्त किये हैं.

जन्म कुण्डली अपने शब्द नाम से ही अपना परिचय देती है कि जन्म के समय स्थान और परिस्थिति के अनुसार ही आगे प्रतिफलित होगी, तदनुसार ग्रह गति दशा इत्यादि का फलाफल प्राप्त होगा।

जुड़वे बच्चे एक ही माता पिता से एक ही लग्न नक्षत्र दशा परिस्थिति में जन्म लेते हैं, पलते और बढ़ते हैं। उन बच्चों के जीवन में घटने वाली घटनाएं बिल्कुल एक जैसी नहीं होतीं। कभी कभी तो बिल्कुल ही भिन्न होतीहैं।स्वभाव गुण धर्म भी भिन्न होते हैं।

एक ज्योतिषी होने के बाद भी मैं इस संदर्भ में कहना चाहूंगा कि प्राणी का इस संसार में आना रहना और संसार छोड़ कर जाने के बीच की जीवन यात्रा किसी मानवीय गणना मात्र का विषय नहीं है,यह विधाता के विधान से ही निर्देशित और नियंत्रित होता है जो रहस्य है। आत्मा का रहस्य ही एक ऐसा रहस्य है जो सृष्टि से अद्यतन रहस्य ही बना हुआ है।

गणितीय सूत्राधारित ज्योतिष के फलित प्रकरण और अपने अनुभव

हम ज्योतिषी उपलब्ध गणितीय सूत्राधारित ज्योतिष के फलित प्रकरण और अपने अनुभव, विवेकानुसार फलादेश करने की बात करते तो हैं किंतु सत्य तो यह भी है कि फलादेश करते समय बहुत सटीक फलादेश भी कर जाते हैं/ कह जाते हैं जो सूत्रों से अलग होते हैं। मेरा निजी अनुभव यह कहता है कि तब की स्थिति में मैं नहीं कोई और कर्ता होता है। वह कर्ता दैवीय शक्ति ही हो सकती है जिसे मेरे मुंह से कहला कर मुझे यशभागी बनाना होता है।

कभी-कभी बिल्कुल ही उल्टा होता है. जब जानते समझते हुए भी हमसे गणित फलित में चूक हो जाती है और यश तो दूर की बात, हमें स्वयं अपनी भूल पर ग्लानि होती है, खेद होता है और असत्य फलाफल की स्थिति में ज्योतिष तथा ज्योतिषी के प्रति गलत अवधारणा के लिए हम कारण बन जाते हैं। मेरा मानना है कि तब की स्थिति में कर्ता मैं नहीं कोई और होता है,शायद वह मेरा अहं कार हो या प्रभु की ही ऐसी इच्छा हो ।

सारांश में, कोई भी मानव निर्मित विज्ञान हो; ज्योतिष या चिकित्सा या अभियंत्रण या कोई और, ईश्वर की रचना को निरूपित नियंत्रित चालित या बाधित करने में शत-प्रतिशत समर्थ नहीं है।

हम अपने अतीत और वर्तमान की भी शत-प्रतिशत सटीक व्याख्या करने में समर्थ नहीं हैं; भविष्य तो अदृश्य है।

यही कारण है कि अपने 50 वर्ष से अधिक के ज्योतिषीय जीवन में कभी भी अपने फलादेश के सत्य संगठित होने की घोषणा नहीं की और न घोषणा करता हूं। हां,  कई बार ऐसा अवश्य हुआ है कतिपय भविष्यवाणियों के सत्य होने पर उसे मानवीय गुण-दोषों के कारण प्रकाशित अवश्य किया हूं। दूसरी ओर यह भी स्वीकार करता हूं कि भविष्यवाणी असत्य होने पर कई बार खेद व्यक्त नहीं करने की भूल भी हुई।

ज्योतिषियों को राजनैतिक गारंटी योजना की तरह फलादेश की गारंटी योजना से बचना चाहिए। हमेशा यह ख्याल रहे कि कालनिर्णय तथा भाग्य का नियंता और नियंत्रक स्वयं परमात्मा हैं।
