देवघर में पर्यावरण व प्रदूषण के मानकों का शत-प्रतिशत अनुपालन करने का निर्देश दिया गया

देवघर : परिसदन के सभागार में झारखंड विधानसभा की पर्यावरण एवं प्रदूषण नियंत्रण समिति के अध्यक्ष सारठ विधायक उदय शंकर सिंह की अध्यक्षता में बुधवार को बैठक का आयोजन किया गया, जिसमें पर्यावरण एवं प्रदूषण नियंत्रण समिति के सदस्य बड़कागांव विधायक रोशन लाल चौधरी एवं पर्यावरण एवं प्रदूषण नियंत्रण समिति के सदस्य माननीय बोकारो विधायक श्रीमती श्वेता सिंह उपस्थित थे।

डीसी ने सबका स्वागत किया

बैठक की शुरुआत में उपायुक्त सह जिला दंडाधिकारी श्री नमन प्रियेश लकड़ा ने पर्यावरण एवं प्रदूषण नियंत्रण समिति के अध्यक्ष सारठ विधायक उदय शंकर सिंह, पर्यावरण एवं प्रदूषण नियंत्रण समिति के सदस्य बड़कागांव विधायक रोशन लाल चौधरी एवं पर्यावरण एवं प्रदूषण नियंत्रण समिति के सदस्य माननीय बोकारो विधायक श्रीमती श्वेता सिंह का स्वागत किया।

बैठक के दौरान झारखंड विधानसभा की पर्यावरण एवं प्रदूषण नियंत्रण समिति के सभापति उदय कुमार सिंह ने क्रमवार खनन विभाग, प्रदूषण बोर्ड, वन प्रमंडल, डीएमएफटी, भूमि संरक्षण, सिकटिया परियोजना, भवन प्रमंडल, पथ निर्माण विभाग, पेयजल एवं स्वच्छता विभाग, उद्यान विभाग, ऊर्जा विभाग, आरसीडी, कल्याण विभाग समेत अन्य विभागों एवं विभिन्न उद्योग प्रतिनिधियों पर्यावरण संरक्षण व प्रदूषण नियंत्रण के दिशा में किए गए कार्यों के संबंध में जानकारी ली।

समिति ने समीक्षा के क्रम विभिन्न औद्योगिक इकाइयों में पर्यावरण एवं प्रदूषण नियंत्रण को लेकर तय मानकों का शत-प्रतिशत अनुपालन सुनिश्चित करने का निर्देश दिया। वे अवैध खनन की रोकथाम को लेकर की गई कार्रवाई की वस्तुस्थिति से भी अवगत हुए।

समीक्षा बैठक के दौरान समिति सदस्य के द्वारा पर्यावरण एवं प्रदूषण नियंत्रण समिति के पास प्राप्त रिपोर्ट के आधार पर विभागीय पदाधिकारी से जानकारी लेते हुए आवश्यक दिशा निर्देश दिया गया।

अधिकारियों को उचित दिशा निर्देश दिया गया

बैठक के दौरान सभापति एवं सदस्य के द्वारा जिला अंतर्गत पर्यावरण संरक्षण एवं प्रदूषण नियंत्रण हेतु संपादित की जा रही गतिविधियों सहित अलग-अलग विभागों के माध्यम से संचालित जनकल्याणकारी योजनाओं से संबंधित प्रतिवेदन का अवलोकन करते हुए संबंधित अधिकारियों को आवश्यक व उचित दिशा निर्देश दिया।

बैठक के दौरान वन प्रमंडल द्वारा किये जा रहे कार्यों की समीक्षा में प्रभावशीलता और प्रगति का मूल्यांकन किया गया, ताकि वनावरण बढ़ाया जा सके। इसके अतिरिक्त बैठक में भूमि संरक्षण विभाग के निर्माणाधीन तालाब, बोरिंग और जीर्णोद्धार परियोजनाओं की समीक्षा करते हुए कार्य में तेजी लाने और समयबद्ध पूर्णता सुनिश्चित करने का निर्देश दिया गया, ताकि जल संरक्षण परियोजनाएँ प्रभावी रूप से पूरे जिले में लाभ पहुंचा सकें।
