“प्रोजेक्ट द्वार” के तहत उपायुक्त का औरापाट ग्राम दौरा, शिक्षा, आजीविका, बुनियादी सुविधाओं और स्वास्थ्य पर दिया विशेष जोर

गुमला : – गुमला उपायुक्त प्रेरणा दीक्षित ने आज “प्रोजेक्ट द्वार” के तहत डुमरी प्रखंड के सुदूरवर्ती एवं आकांक्षी क्षेत्र औरापाट ग्राम का दौरा किया। इस दौरान उन्होंने सरकारी योजनाओं की जमीनी स्थिति का जायजा लिया और ग्रामीणों से सीधे संवाद कर उनकी समस्याओं व आवश्यकताओं को समझा।

दौरे के क्रम में उपायुक्त ने राजकीय प्राथमिक विद्यालय औरापाठ का निरीक्षण किया। विद्यालय में बच्चों से संवाद करते हुए उन्होंने उनकी पढ़ाई की स्थिति की जानकारी ली तथा स्वयं शिक्षक की भूमिका निभाते हुए बच्चों को पढ़ाया। उपायुक्त ने विद्यालय परिसर में बाउंड्री वॉल निर्माण के लिए शीघ्र एस्टीमेट तैयार करने का निर्देश दिया। साथ ही नव निर्मित भवन, किचन शेड, बाथरूम आदि निर्माण कार्यों की गुणवत्ता की जांच करते हुए स्पष्ट किया कि निर्माण कार्यों में गुणवत्ता से किसी प्रकार का समझौता स्वीकार्य नहीं होगा। उन्होंने संबंधित एजेंसियों को सभी कार्य निर्धारित मानकों के अनुरूप पूर्ण करने के सख्त निर्देश दिए।
उपायुक्त ने शिक्षकों को भी निर्देशित किया कि बच्चों की शिक्षा सर्वोपरि है और विद्यालय स्तर पर किसी भी प्रकार की लापरवाही बर्दाश्त नहीं की जाएगी। उन्होंने कहा कि बच्चों की पढ़ाई से ही उनका भविष्य तय होता है और इसके साथ किसी भी प्रकार का खिलवाड़ नहीं चलेगा।

इसके पश्चात उपायुक्त ने ग्राम सभा का आयोजन कर ग्रामीणों से विस्तृत बातचीत की। इस दौरान उन्होंने महिलाओं द्वारा की जा रही मशरूम की खेती की जानकारी ली और उन महिलाओं से संवाद किया, जिन्हें पूर्व में प्रशिक्षण दिया गया है। उपायुक्त ने राज्य उद्यान विकास योजना के तहत जिला हॉर्टिकल्चर कार्यालय, गुमला द्वारा उपलब्ध कराई गई मशरूम किट एवं प्रशिक्षण की प्रगति की समीक्षा की। वर्तमान में गांव के लगभग 20 घरों में मशरूम की खेती की जा रही है। उपायुक्त ने स्वयं घर-घर जाकर इस गतिविधि का अवलोकन किया और इसे ग्रामीण आजीविका के लिए एक सशक्त माध्यम बताया।

ग्रामीणों से संवाद के दौरान स्वास्थ्य, टीकाकरण, बाजार व्यवस्था, सिंचाई और पेयजल से जुड़ी समस्याओं पर भी चर्चा हुई।

जन्म मृत्यु प्रमाण पत्र निर्माण हेतु उपायुक्त ने कल गुरुवार को विशेष शिविर का आयोजन करने हेतु प्रखंड विकास पदाधिकारी को निर्देश दिया गया , उन्होंने शिविर के माध्यम से छूटे हुए नागरिकों के जन्म मृत्यु प्रमाण पत्र, आयुष्मान कार्ड, आधार कार्ड अपडेट, राशन कार्ड अपडेट आदि करने हेतु निर्देश दिए । साथ ही उन्होंने कल ही ( गुरुवार) को आम सभा के आयोजन के माध्यम से सहिया का चयन करने के भी निर्देश दिए।
एक महिला ग्रामीण की आंख में मोतियाबिंद की समस्या पर संज्ञान लेते हुए उपायुक्त ने सदर अस्पताल में नि:शुल्क ऑपरेशन कराने का निर्देश दिया।

बिजली व्यवस्था की समीक्षा करते हुए उपायुक्त ने बिजली विभाग को छूटे हुए घरों में विद्युत कनेक्शन देने, खराब ट्रांसफार्मरों की मरम्मत सुनिश्चित करने तथा क्षेत्र में निर्बाध बिजली आपूर्ति बहाल करने के निर्देश दिए। मोबाइल टावर एवं नेटवर्क सुविधा का निरीक्षण कर इंटरनेट कनेक्टिविटी को सुदृढ़ बनाए रखने के भी निर्देश दिए गए।

आंगनवाड़ी केंद्रों का भी निरीक्षण किया गया, जहां बच्चों की उपस्थिति, पोषण एवं अन्य सेवाओं की स्थिति की समीक्षा की गई। उपायुक्त ने संबंधित कर्मियों को सेवाओं को और प्रभावी बनाने का निर्देश दिया।

इस दौरान अनुमंडल पदाधिकारी चैनपुर, कल्याण पदाधिकारी, जिला शिक्षा पदाधिकारी, जिला हॉर्टिकल्चर पदाधिकारी, कार्यपालक अभियंता पीएचईडी, कार्यपालक अभियंता लघु सिंचाई, सहायक जिला सूचना एवं जनसंपर्क पदाधिकारी सहित अन्य संबंधित पदाधिकारी एवं कर्मी उपस्थित रहे।
