आंगनबाड़ी केंद्रों में बच्चों की स्वच्छता, हाइजीन एवं सुरक्षा को लेकर उपायुक्त की पहल, 15 दिवसीय विशेष अभियान का शुभारंभ

गुमला : – गुमला जिले के आंगनबाड़ी केंद्रों में अध्ययनरत नन्हे बच्चों के स्वास्थ्य, स्वच्छता, व्यक्तिगत हाइजीन एवं सुरक्षित वातावरण सुनिश्चित करने के उद्देश्य से उपायुक्त प्रेरणा दीक्षित की पहल पर आज से एक विशेष 15 दिवसीय स्वच्छता एवं हाइजीन अभियान का शुभारंभ किया गया है। इस अभियान के अंतर्गत जिले के सभी प्रखंडों में स्थित आंगनबाड़ी केंद्रों में साफ-सफाई, बच्चों की व्यक्तिगत स्वच्छता तथा केंद्रों की समग्र व्यवस्थाओं का सघन निरीक्षण एवं अनुश्रवण किया जा रहा है।

अभियान के प्रथम दिन जिला समाज कल्याण विभाग की 29 महिला पर्यवेक्षिकाओं, 3 सीडीपीओ तथा जिला समाज कल्याण पदाधिकारी (DSWO) द्वारा जिले के विभिन्न प्रखंडों में स्थित कुल 33 आंगनबाड़ी केंद्रों का प्रत्यक्ष निरीक्षण किया गया। इस दौरान केंद्रों की साफ-सफाई, रसोई एवं सामग्री की व्यवस्था, बच्चों के बैठने और खेलने के स्थान, पूर्व-प्राथमिक शिक्षा की गतिविधियों के साथ-साथ बच्चों की व्यक्तिगत स्वच्छता पर विशेष ध्यान दिया गया। इस दौरान बच्चों के नाखून काटे गए, बालों की साफ-सफाई कराई गई। इस दौरान बच्चों को स्वच्छ एवं व्यवस्थित तरीके से कपड़े पहनाने हेतु अभिभावकों को प्रेरित किया गया।

उपायुक्त प्रेरणा दीक्षित द्वारा अभियान की प्रभावी निगरानी सुनिश्चित करने के लिए रैंडम रूप से वीडियो कॉल के माध्यम से आंगनबाड़ी केंद्रों की औचक जांच भी की जा रही है। वीडियो कॉल के जरिए केंद्रों की साफ-सफाई, बच्चों की स्थिति एवं चल रही गतिविधियों की समीक्षा कर संबंधित आवश्यक दिशा-निर्देश दिए जा रहे हैं। इसके साथ ही उपायुक्त द्वारा एलएस स्तर पर भी प्रतिदिन वीडियो कॉल के माध्यम से मॉनिटरिंग की जाएगी।

इस संबंध में उपायुक्त ने आंगनवाड़ी सेविकाओं को निर्देश दिया कि वे प्रतिदिन बच्चों की साफ-सफाई एवं हाइजीन से जुड़ी गतिविधियों को नियमित रूप से संचालित करें, ताकि बच्चों में स्वच्छता की आदतें विकसित हो सकें।

उपायुक्त ने कहा कि अगले 15 दिनों तक यह विशेष अभियान लगातार संचालित किया जाएगा, जिसके अंतर्गत प्रतिदिन 33 आंगनवाड़ी केंद्रों को कवर किया जाएगा। जिले की 29 महिला पर्यवेक्षिकाएं, 2 सीडीपीओ एवं जिला समाज कल्याण पदाधिकारी स्वयं आंगनवाड़ी केंद्रों में जाकर बच्चों की साफ-सफाई एवं हाइजीन क्लास का मार्गदर्शन करेंगे। उन्होंने कहा कि जिला प्रशासन का उद्देश्य है कि हमारे बच्चे प्ले स्कूल जैसे वातावरण में स्वच्छ, सुरक्षित और व्यवस्थित रूप में अध्ययन करें। इस अभियान के माध्यम से पहले चरण में 15 दिनों में जिले के कुल 4,95 आंगनवाड़ी केंद्रों को कवर करने का लक्ष्य निर्धारित किया गया है।

उपायुक्त ने विश्वास व्यक्त किया कि यह पहल न केवल बच्चों के स्वास्थ्य और स्वच्छता में सुधार लाएगी, बल्कि आंगनवाड़ी केंद्रों की कार्यसंस्कृति को भी और अधिक सुदृढ़ बनाएगी, जिससे जिले के नन्हे बच्चों का सर्वांगीण विकास सुनिश्चित हो सकेगा।
