राष्ट्रपति के आगमन को लेकर जिला प्रशासन ने तेज की तैयारियाँ, उपायुक्त एवं पुलिस अधीक्षक ने किया कार्यक्रम स्थल का निरीक्षण

गुमला : – गुमला जिला अन्तर्गत स्थित रायडीह प्रखंड में आगामी 30 दिसंबर 2025 को कार्तिक जत्रा आयोजन समिति द्वारा आयोजित होने वाले अंतरराष्ट्रीय जनसंस्कृतिकि समागम समारोह में महामहिम राष्ट्रपति श्रीमती द्रौपदी मुर्मू के आगमन को लेकर जिला प्रशासन द्वारा तैयारियाँ प्रारंभ कर दी गई हैं। राष्ट्रपति पद संभालने के बाद यह महामहिम का गुमला जिला में पहला आगमन होगा, जिसे लेकर जिला प्रशासन पूरी तरह सतर्क एवं सक्रिय है।

प्रस्तावित कार्यक्रम के अनुसार महामहिम राष्ट्रपति 30 दिसंबर 2025 को रायडीह स्थित शंख मोड़, बेरियर बगीचा माझाटोली परिसर पहुंचेंगी। इस महत्वपूर्ण अवसर को लेकर जिला प्रशासन द्वारा सुरक्षा व्यवस्था, यातायात प्रबंधन, साफ-सफाई, विधि-व्यवस्था तथा अन्य आवश्यक व्यवस्थाओं की विस्तृत समीक्षा की जा रही है, ताकि कार्यक्रम का आयोजन सुव्यवस्थित एवं गरिमामय ढंग से संपन्न हो सके।

इसी क्रम में आज उपायुक्त प्रेरणा दीक्षित एवं पुलिस अधीक्षक हरिश बिन ज़ामां के नेतृत्व में जिले के सभी वरीय पदाधिकारियों द्वारा कार्यक्रम स्थल का संयुक्त निरीक्षण किया गया। निरीक्षण के दौरान सुरक्षा घेरा, आगमन-प्रस्थान मार्ग, भीड़ नियंत्रण, पार्किंग व्यवस्था एवं विधि-व्यवस्था से संबंधित तैयारियों का बारीकी से जायजा लिया गया तथा संबंधित अधिकारियों को आवश्यक दिशा-निर्देश दिए गए।

इस अवसर पर उपायुक्त प्रेरणा दीक्षित ने कहा कि राष्ट्रपति के आगमन को लेकर सभी स्तरों पर समन्वय के साथ तैयारियाँ की जा रही हैं, ताकि उनके दौरे के दौरान किसी भी प्रकार की कमी न रहे। उन्होंने बताया कि सभी संबंधित विभागों एवं स्टेकहोल्डर्स के साथ बैठक कर यह सुनिश्चित किया जाएगा कि राष्ट्रपति के आगमन एवं कार्यक्रम आयोजन में सभी व्यवस्थाएँ समय पर और प्रभावी रूप से पूरी हों।

इस दौरान मुख्य रूप से उप विकास आयुक्त गुमला, अपर समाहर्ता गुमला, SDO सदर, सिविल सर्जन गुमला, जिला सूचना एवं जनसंपर्क पदाधिकारी, बिल्डिंग डिवीजन कार्यपालक अभियंता, सार्जेंट मेजर , प्रखंड विकास पदाधिकारी रायडीह, अंचल अधिकारी रायडीह, रायडीह थाना प्रभारी, सहित अन्य सम्बन्धित पदाधिकारी एवं कर्मी मौजूद रहे ।
