गुमला में खाद्य सुरक्षा एवं तंबाकू निषेध टीम की संयुक्त छापेमारी, कई दुकानों पर कार्रवाई

गुमला – गुमला उपायुक्त प्रेरणा दीक्षित के निर्देश के आलोक में जिले में खाद्य सुरक्षा मानकों एवं जनस्वास्थ्य से जुड़े नियमों का कड़ाई से अनुपालन सुनिश्चित करने के उद्देश्य से आज खाद्य सुरक्षा विभाग, गुमला तथा तंबाकू निषेध टीम द्वारा संयुक्त रूप से विशेष छापेमारी अभियान चलाया गया। यह अभियान खाद्य सुरक्षा पदाधिकारी प्रकाश चंद्र गुग्गी एवं तंबाकू निषेध पदाधिकारी वंदना स्मिता होरो के नेतृत्व में संचालित किया गया।

अभियान के दौरान गुमला के विभिन्न बाजार क्षेत्रों में संचालित प्रतिष्ठानों, थोक एवं खुदरा दुकानों की गहन जांच की गई। इस क्रम में विकास कुमार चौरसिया, सुभाष कुमार, अनुष्का टी, अशोक कुमार जायसवाल, मदन प्रसाद जायसवाल, त्रिमोहन सहित अन्य दुकानदारों के प्रतिष्ठानों की जांच कर नियमानुसार कार्रवाई की गई।

जांच में यह पाया गया कि कई तंबाकू एवं संबंधित उत्पादों की दुकानों पर “21 वर्ष से कम आयु के व्यक्तियों को तंबाकू उत्पादों की बिक्री निषिद्ध है” संबंधी अनिवार्य चेतावनी/साइन बोर्ड प्रदर्शित नहीं किया गया था, जो कि कोटपा अधिनियम (COTPA Act), 2003 का स्पष्ट उल्लंघन है। इस पर संबंधित दुकानदारों के विरुद्ध नियमानुसार कार्रवाई करते कुल जुर्माना 2600 रुपये संग्रहण करते हुए आवश्यक निर्देश दिए गए।

इसके अतिरिक्त बाजार क्षेत्र में तिलकुट निर्माण एवं विक्रय करने वाले अधिकांश दुकानदारों के पास खाद्य सुरक्षा एवं मानक अधिनियम, 2006 के अंतर्गत आवश्यक एफएसएसएआई (FSSAI) लाइसेंस नहीं पाया गया, जो गंभीर नियम उल्लंघन की श्रेणी में आता है। इस संबंध में संबंधित दुकानदारों को यथाशीघ्र लाइसेंस लेने एवं परिसर में साफ सफाई रखने का निर्देश दिया गया |

प्रशासन ने स्पष्ट किया कि भविष्य में भी इस प्रकार के संयुक्त निरीक्षण एवं छापेमारी अभियान नियमित रूप से चलाए जाएंगे। साथ ही दुकानदारों को निर्देशित किया गया है कि वे निर्धारित नियमों एवं मानकों का अनिवार्य रूप से पालन करें, अन्यथा उनके विरुद्ध और भी कठोर कार्रवाई की जाएगी । ग्राहकों से अपील की गई की यदि उनको किसी भी खाद्य कारोबारकर्ता के खिलाफ जो मिलावटी या गलत समान क्रय विक्रय करते हैं, इनकी शिकायत फूड सेफ्टी कनेक्ट एप पर कर सकते हैं |
