गुमला : – गुमला जिले में ग्रामीण क्षेत्रों को जल पर्याप्त एवं आत्मनिर्भर बनाने की दिशा में जिला प्रशासन द्वारा किए जा रहे प्रयासों के तहत उपायुक्त दिलेश्वर महतो ने कामडारा प्रखंड अंतर्गत उरूगुट्टू गांव का भ्रमण किया। जिला प्रशासन एवं प्रदान के संयुक्त प्रयास से प्रोस्पर परियोजना के अंतर्गत विकसित किए जा रहे पानी पर्याप्त गांव में उन्होंने जल संरक्षण, सिंचाई व्यवस्था, कृषि, उद्यान एवं मत्स्य गतिविधियों का स्थल निरीक्षण कर प्रगति का जायजा लिया।

भ्रमण के दौरान उपायुक्त ने गांव में निर्मित एवं विकसित किए जा रहे कुआं, डोभा, तालाब, टीसीबी, सब्जी उत्पादन क्षेत्र, ड्रिप सिंचाई, नर्सरी एवं अन्य जल संरक्षण संरचनाओं का निरीक्षण किया। उन्होंने कृषि, उद्यान, मत्स्य, भूमि संरक्षण एवं मनरेगा की विभिन्न योजनाओं के अभिसरण से किए जा रहे कार्यों की जानकारी ली तथा संबंधित अधिकारियों को योजनाओं का प्रभावी क्रियान्वयन सुनिश्चित करने के निर्देश दिए।

उरूगुट्टू गांव में विभिन्न विभागों एवं प्रदान के समन्वित प्रयास से लगभग 120 एकड़ भूमि पर सिंचाई की व्यवस्था विकसित की गई है, जबकि करीब 60 एकड़ क्षेत्र में सब्जी की खेती की जा रही है। गांव में कृषि विभाग की योजनाओं के तहत सरसों की खेती से 30 परिवार, गेहूं की खेती से 5 परिवार, ड्रिप सिंचाई से 6 एकड़ क्षेत्र में 3 परिवार तथा मनरेगा कूप से 6 परिवार लाभान्वित हैं। वहीं 8 परिवारों द्वारा लगभग 6 एकड़ में बागवानी गतिविधियां की जा रही हैं। 7 नए ड्रिप सिंचाई कार्यों की भी स्वीकृति प्रदान की गई है। जलापूर्ति की सुविधा जल-नल योजना के माध्यम से उपलब्ध कराई जा रही है।

उद्यान विभाग के माध्यम से गांव में 4 वर्मी बेड विकसित किए गए हैं। मत्स्य विभाग की योजना से 3 परिवारों को मत्स्य पालन से जोड़ा गया है। भूमि संरक्षण विभाग द्वारा 2 तालाब, 1 ट्रैक्टर, 10 पंप एवं 1 टैंक की सुविधा उपलब्ध कराई गई है। वहीं प्रदान के सहयोग से 23 तालाब, 25 एकड़ में टीसीबी, 50 एकड़ में खेती-बाड़ी, 2 परिवारों को ड्रिप सिंचाई, 1 नेटशेड एवं 1 एकड़ क्षेत्र में फेंसिंग जैसी गतिविधियां संचालित की जा रही हैं। गांव के लगभग 50 ग्रामीण एफपीओ से भी जुड़े हुए हैं।

उपायुक्त ने ग्रामीणों से संवाद करते हुए कृषि गतिविधियों एवं उनकी आय के संबंध में जानकारी ली। इस दौरान उन्नत किसानों ने बताया कि सब्जी की खेती के माध्यम से एक सीजन में लगभग 3 से 4 लाख रुपये तक की आय प्राप्त हो रही है। उपायुक्त ने किसानों के प्रयासों की सराहना करते हुए कहा कि जल संरक्षण एवं उपलब्ध जल संसाधनों का बेहतर उपयोग कर कृषि आधारित आजीविका को और मजबूत किया जा सकता है।

उन्होंने ग्रामीणों को पारंपरिक खेती के साथ-साथ वैकल्पिक एवं लाभकारी खेती, विशेषकर मशरूम उत्पादन जैसी गतिविधियों को अपनाने के लिए प्रेरित किया। उन्होंने कहा कि ग्रामीणों एवं किसानों को कृषि, सिंचाई, उद्यान, मत्स्य पालन एवं अन्य आजीविका गतिविधियों से जोड़ने के लिए जिला प्रशासन की ओर से हरसंभव सहयोग प्रदान किया जाएगा।

भ्रमण के दौरान ग्रामीणों ने आवास, सड़क एवं सामुदायिक भवन की मांग उपायुक्त के समक्ष रखी। उपायुक्त ने ग्रामीणों को आवश्यक कार्रवाई का आश्वासन दिया। उन्होंने गांव की कच्ची सड़क को बेहतर बनाने के लिए 15 वें वित्त आयोग की योजना के माध्यम से कार्य कराने की बात कही।

उपायुक्त ने कहा कि उरूगुट्टू में जल संरक्षण, सिंचाई सुविधा एवं विभिन्न विभागीय योजनाओं के अभिसरण से किए जा रहे कार्य अन्य गांवों के लिए भी उदाहरण बन सकते हैं। उन्होंने जिला प्रशासन एवं प्रदान के संयुक्त प्रयासों की सराहना करते हुए संबंधित विभागों को आपसी समन्वय के साथ कार्य करते हुए गांव को एक मॉडल पानी पर्याप्त गांव के रूप में विकसित करने की दिशा में निरंतर कार्य करने को कहा।
