विनोबा भावे विश्वविद्यालय के दसवें दीक्षांत समारोह को लेकर मॉक ड्रिल आयोजित

सोमवार को उपाधि धारकों व शोभायात्रा में शामिल सदस्यों को मिलेगा परिधान, कुलाधिपति करेंगे स्मारिका का लोकार्पण

विनोबा भावे विश्वविद्यालय में प्रस्तावित दसवें दीक्षांत समारोह की तैयारियों को अंतिम रूप देने के उद्देश्य से रविवार को मॉक ड्रिल का आयोजन किया गया। समारोह को लेकर विश्वविद्यालय प्रशासन ने पूर्व में ही रविवार की छुट्टी रद्द करने की अधिसूचना जारी की थी। इसके तहत विभिन्न समितियों को अपने-अपने दायित्वों का निर्वहन करते हुए देखा गया। कुलपति प्रो. चंद्र भूषण शर्मा ने सभी समितियों के कार्यों का भौतिक निरीक्षण किया। इस बीच कड़ाके की ठंड ने आयोजन समिति के समक्ष अतिरिक्त चुनौतियां भी खड़ी कर दी हैं।

विश्वविद्यालय की परंपरा के अनुसार दीक्षांत समारोह के अवसर पर एक स्मारिका का लोकार्पण किया जाएगा। इस स्मारिका में उपाधि धारकों का विस्तृत विवरण, पिछले वर्षों की प्रमुख उपलब्धियां तथा विश्वविद्यालय से संबंधित चयनित समाचारों का कोलाज शामिल किया गया है। स्मारिका समिति के संयोजक एवं मानविकी संकायाध्यक्ष प्रो. मिथिलेश कुमार सिंह को इसके प्रकाशन कार्य को अंतिम रूप देते हुए देखा गया। समिति के सदस्य डॉ. गंगानंद सिंह ने बताया कि स्मारिका में विश्वविद्यालय के सभी पूर्व कुलपतियों की तस्वीरें सम्मानपूर्वक प्रकाशित की गई हैं।

कन्वोकेशन परिधान वितरण समिति के संयोजक डॉ. किशोर कुमार गुप्ता ने जानकारी दी कि उपाधि धारकों के लिए प्रशासनिक भवन स्थित हेल्प डेस्क पर दो काउंटर तथा माइग्रेशन काउंटर के पास दो अलग काउंटर बनाए गए हैं। वहीं शिक्षकों, पदाधिकारियों एवं अन्य आमंत्रित अतिथियों के लिए विवेकानंद सभागार के प्रथम तल्ले में स्थित सभा कक्षा से परिधान वितरण किया जाएगा। उन्होंने बताया कि परिधान वितरण सोमवार, 22 दिसंबर को पूर्वाह्न 11 बजे से शुरू होगा।

इधर शैक्षणिक शोभायात्रा को लेकर भी मॉक ड्रिल का आयोजन किया गया। अभ्यास के दौरान सबसे पहले कुलसचिव, उसके बाद कुलपति, फिर सभी संकायाध्यक्ष, अभिषद, अधीषद एवं विद्वत परिषद के सदस्य पंक्तिबद्ध होकर स्वामी विवेकानंद सभागार में प्रवेश करते हुए देखे गए। सभागार पहुंचने के बाद मंचासीन होने वाले सदस्य मंच की ओर गए, जबकि अन्य सदस्य अपने-अपने निर्धारित स्थानों पर बैठ गए।

इसके पश्चात कुलपति द्वारा उद्घोषणा दल का भी मॉक ड्रिल कराया गया। इस दल में डॉ. सुबोध कुमार सिंह शिवगीत, डॉ. सुनील कुमार दुबे, डॉ. जॉनी रुफिना तिर्की एवं डॉ. मृत्युंजय प्रसाद शामिल हैं, जिन्हें उद्घोषणा एवं मंच संचालन की जिम्मेदारी सौंपी गई है। कुलपति ने उन्हें आवश्यक दिशा-निर्देश भी दिए।

साथ ही कुलसचिव एवं सभी संकायाध्यक्षों को मंच से संबोधन की प्रक्रिया का अभ्यास कराया गया। निर्णय लिया गया कि सोमवार को पुनः संपूर्ण मॉक ड्रिल आयोजित किया जाएगा, जिसमें उपाधि वितरण की प्रक्रिया का भी परीक्षण किया जाएगा।
