मेहनत, हौसले और सरकारी सहयोग से बदली तकदीर – पलायन से आत्मनिर्भरता तक प्रेरक सफलता गाथा

गुमला : – अगर इरादे मजबूत हों और मेहनत करने का जज़्बा हो, तो हालात भी रास्ता दे देते हैं। गुमला सदर प्रखंड के वृंदा गांव निवासी शिव कुमार यादव की कहानी इसी सच्चाई की मिसाल है। कभी रोज़गार की तलाश में दूसरे शहरों में भटकने वाले शिव कुमार आज न केवल आत्मनिर्भर किसान बन चुके हैं, बल्कि अपने गांव में कई लोगों को रोज़गार भी दे रहे हैं। उनकी यह यात्रा आज पूरे जिले के युवाओं और किसानों के लिए प्रेरणा का स्रोत बन गई है।

शिव कुमार यादव ने जब यह महसूस किया कि बाहर मजदूरी करने से केवल दो वक्त की रोटी तो मिल रही है, लेकिन न सम्मान है और न ही भविष्य की कोई ठोस दिशा, तब उन्होंने अपने गांव लौटकर कुछ नया करने का संकल्प लिया। गांव पहुंचने के बाद उन्होंने बंजर पड़ी जमीन को लीज पर लिया और सब्जी की खेती शुरू की। शुरुआत आसान नहीं थी। सिंचाई की कोई पक्की व्यवस्था नहीं थी, पास के नाले से मशीन लगाकर पानी देना पड़ता था। कम बारिश के कारण नाले का पानी भी सूख गया और शुरुआती दौर में उन्हें लगभग दो लाख रुपये का नुकसान उठाना पड़ा। यह वह दौर था, जब हिम्मत टूट सकती थी, लेकिन शिव कुमार ने हार नहीं मानी।

इसी बीच उन्हें  भूमि संरक्षण विभाग की डीप बोरिंग योजना की जानकारी मिली। उन्होंने जिला भूमि संरक्षण पदाधिकारी आशीष प्रताप सिंह से मुलाकात की। उनके उत्साह और मेहनत को देखते हुए विभाग द्वारा उनके खेत का निरीक्षण किया गया और वर्ष 2022 में उन्हें डीप बोरिंग योजना से आच्छादित किया गया। यहीं से उनकी किस्मत ने नई दिशा पकड़ ली।
डीप बोरिंग की सुविधा मिलने के बाद शिव कुमार ने सबसे पहले तरबूज की खेती की। लगभग 25 टन उत्पादन कर उन्होंने करीब 2.5 लाख रुपये का मुनाफा अर्जित किया। इसके बाद उन्होंने टमाटर की खेती शुरू की, जिससे अब तक लगभग 3.5 लाख रुपये की बिक्री कर चुके हैं और खेत में अभी भी करीब 2 लाख रुपये मूल्य की फसल तैयार है। खेती के साथ-साथ उन्होंने उसी भूमि पर पशुपालन भी शुरू किया। वर्तमान में वे लगभग 16 गाय एवं भैंस पाल रहे हैं और दूध उत्पादन से भी आय अर्जित कर रहे हैं, खेती ने उनके जीवन को पूरी तरह बदल दिया है। भूमि संरक्षण विभाग की डीप बोरिंग योजना के साथ-साथ उन्होंने कृषि विभाग की ड्रिप इरीगेशन योजना, मल्चिंग और फर्टिगेशन जैसी आधुनिक तकनीकों का लाभ लिया, जिससे खेती अधिक सुगम और लाभकारी बनी। जो व्यक्ति कभी खुद मजदूरी करता था, आज वह स्वावलंबी बनकर आधे दर्जन से अधिक लोगों को रोजगार दे रहा है।
आज शिव कुमार का खेत एक उदाहरण बन चुका है। जिले में किसी भी बड़े पदाधिकारी के आगमन पर भूमि संरक्षण विभाग द्वारा उनकी सफलता को दिखाया जाता है और अन्य किसानों को प्रेरित करने के लिए उनके खेत का भ्रमण कराया जाता है।

भूमि संरक्षण पदाधिकारी का कहना है कि विभाग हर वर्ष योजनाएं देता है, लेकिन जब शिव जैसे युवा उन योजनाओं का सही उपयोग कर उम्मीद से बढ़कर सफलता हासिल करते हैं, तब योजनाओं की वास्तविक सार्थकता दिखाई देती है। उन्होंने बताया कि जो युवक कभी 8–10 हजार रुपये की मजदूरी करता था, वह आज महीने में लाखों रुपये कमा रहा है और पलायन कर रहे युवाओं के लिए यह एक मजबूत संदेश है।

इस अवसर पर उपायुक्त प्रेरणा दीक्षित ने शिव कुमार यादव की सराहना करते हुए कहा कि ऐसे किसान जिले के अन्य किसानों और युवाओं को प्रेरित करते हैं। उन्होंने सभी किसानों से अपील की कि सरकारी योजनाएं आत्मनिर्भर बनाने के उद्देश्य से हैं, उन्हें जानें, समझें और उनका लाभ उठाएं। जिला प्रशासन का प्रत्येक विभाग किसानों के सहयोग के लिए सदैव तत्पर है, की यह सफलता कहानी यह संदेश देती है कि यदि इच्छाशक्ति, मेहनत और सरकारी योजनाओं का सही मार्गदर्शन मिल जाए, तो गांव में रहकर भी सम्मानजनक और समृद्ध जीवन संभव है।
