सड़क हादसों में ‘देवदूत’ बनने वालों के लिए बड़ी खबर: ‘राहवीर’ योजना के तहत मिलेगा ₹25,000 का नकद इनाम

गुमला : – सरकार ने सड़क दुर्घटनाओं में घायल होने वाले लोगों की जान बचाने के लिए एक क्रांतिकारी कदम उठाया है। ‘राहवीर’ योजना के तहत अब उन मददगारों को ₹25,000 की प्रोत्साहन राशि और प्रशस्ति पत्र देकर सम्मानित किया जाएगा, जो घायलों को समय रहते अस्पताल पहुँचाकर उनकी जान बचाएंगे।

योजना का मुख्य उद्देश्य: ‘गोल्डन ऑवर’ का सदुपयोग

अक्सर देखा जाता है कि कानूनी पचड़ों या पुलिसिया कार्रवाई के डर से लोग सड़क किनारे तड़प रहे घायलों की मदद करने से कतराते हैं। ‘राहवीर’ योजना का लक्ष्य इस डर को खत्म करना और लोगों को घायलों की मदद के लिए प्रोत्साहित करना है। चिकित्सा विशेषज्ञों के अनुसार, हादसे के पहले 60 मिनट यानी ‘गोल्डन ऑवर’ में अगर इलाज मिल जाए, तो 50% से अधिक जान बचाई जा सकती हैं।

योजना की खास बातें और नियम:

• नकद इनाम: गंभीर रूप से घायल व्यक्ति को अस्पताल पहुँचाने वाले व्यक्ति को प्रति केस ₹25,000 दिए जाएंगे।
• सम्मान पत्र: नकद राशि के साथ-साथ जिला प्रशासन द्वारा ‘गुड सेमेरिटन’ (नेक मददगार) का प्रमाण पत्र भी दिया जाएगा।
• कोई पूछताछ नहीं: सुप्रीम कोर्ट के निर्देशों के अनुसार, मदद करने वाले व्यक्ति को पुलिस या अस्पताल प्रशासन द्वारा रुकने या गवाही देने के लिए मजबूर नहीं किया जाएगा।
• सीधा बैंक ट्रांसफर: पुरस्कार की राशि सीधे मददगार के बैंक खाते में भेजी जाएगी।

किसे मिलेगा लाभ?

यह इनाम उन लोगों को दिया जाएगा जो अपनी जान जोखिम में डालकर या त्वरित सूझबूझ दिखाकर किसी की जान बचाते हैं। अस्पताल के डॉक्टरों और पुलिस अधिकारियों की एक समिति मामले की गंभीरता की पुष्टि करेगी, जिसके बाद पुरस्कार की प्रक्रिया शुरू होगी।
