गुमला बना झारखंड का पहला जिला जहां शत प्रतिशत सिकल सेल एनीमिया जांच पूर्ण हुआ
गुमला : – गुमला उपायुक्त प्रेरणा दीक्षित की पहल से गुमला जिले में सिकल सेल एनीमिया जांच अभियान के अंतर्गत चिन्हित सभी नागरिकों की जांच पूर्ण कर ली गई है। झारखंड का पहल जिला बना गुमला जहां शत प्रतिशत नागरिकों का सिकल सेल एनीमिया जांच पूर्ण हुआ। यह उपलब्धि जिले में स्वास्थ्य सेवाओं की पहुंच, जनभागीदारी और जमीनी स्तर पर स्वास्थ्यकर्मियों की निरंतर मेहनत का परिणाम है। इस अभियान का उद्देश्य केवल आंकड़ों को पूरा करना नहीं था, बल्कि प्रत्येक परिवार तक यह संदेश पहुंचाना था कि समय पर जांच से जीवन को सुरक्षित रखा जा सकता है।
जिले में कुल 8,51,054 लक्षित लाभुकों के विरुद्ध 8,59,846 नागरिकों की सिकल सेल एनीमिया जांच की गई है, जो 101 प्रतिशत उपलब्धि को दर्शाती है। जांच के दौरान 2,198 नागरिक सिकल सेल कैरियर तथा 2,55 नागरिक सिकल सेल रोगी के रूप में चिन्हित किए गए हैं। इन सभी चिन्हित व्यक्तियों का स्वास्थ्य विभाग द्वारा नियमित काउंसिलिंग, अनुश्रवण और उपचार किया जा रहा है, ताकि बीमारी के प्रभाव को समय रहते नियंत्रित किया जा सके।
प्रखंड स्तर पर साझा प्रयासों से मिली सफलता
यह अभियान जिले के प्रत्येक प्रखंड में समान प्रतिबद्धता के साथ संचालित किया गया।
बासिया प्रखंड में 69,579 लक्षित लाभुकों के विरुद्ध 69,931 नागरिकों की जांच की गई, जहां 253 कैरियर एवं 12 रोगी चिन्हित हुए।
भरनो प्रखंड में 64,925 लक्ष्य के विरुद्ध 65,049 नागरिकों की जांच कर 93 कैरियर एवं 6 रोगी पाए गए।
बिशुनपुर प्रखंड में 57,137 लक्षित के मुकाबले 57,742 जांच करते हुए 55 कैरियर एवं 3 रोगी चिन्हित किए गए।
चैनपुर प्रखंड में 49,667 लक्ष्य के सापेक्ष 50,053 जांच की गई, जहां 220 कैरियर एवं 13 रोगी मिले।
डुमरी प्रखंड में 70,186 लक्षित के विरुद्ध 70,794 नागरिकों की जांच की गई, जिसमें 145 कैरियर एवं 14 रोगी सामने आए।
घाघरा प्रखंड में 94,098 लक्ष्य के विरुद्ध 94,304 जांच कर 121 कैरियर एवं 6 रोगी चिन्हित हुए।
गुमला सदर प्रखंड में 1,01,896 लक्षित लाभुकों के सामने 1,04,897 जांच की गई, जहां 315 कैरियर एवं 80 रोगी पाए गए।
कामडारा प्रखंड में 57,087 लक्ष्य के विरुद्ध 57,892 जांच करते हुए 55 कैरियर एवं 2 रोगी चिन्हित किए गए।
पालकोट प्रखंड में 70,448 लक्षित के विरुद्ध 71,346 जांच में 212 कैरियर एवं 40 रोगी सामने आए।
रायडीह प्रखंड में 62,061 लक्षित के विरुद्ध 62,682 नागरिकों की जांच कर 261 कैरियर एवं 7 रोगी पाए गए।
सिसई प्रखंड में 1,09,770 लक्ष्य के विरुद्ध 1,09,955 जांच में 171 कैरियर एवं 30 रोगी चिन्हित हुए।
जिला अस्पताल क्षेत्र में 3,200 लक्षित के मुकाबले 3,412 जांच की गई, जहां 249 कैरियर एवं 40 रोगी पाए गए।
शहरी क्षेत्र में 41,000 लक्षित लाभुकों के विरुद्ध 41,807 जांच कर 48 कैरियर एवं 2 रोगी चिन्हित किए गए।
घर–घर पहुंचा भरोसा, शिविरों में दिखी सहभागिता
उपायुक्त प्रेरणा दीक्षित के दिशा निर्देश के आलोक में, शत-प्रतिशत जांच सुनिश्चित करने के लिए जिले में विशेष शिविरों का आयोजन किया गया। स्वास्थ्य विभाग की टीमों ने दुर्गम और सुदूरवर्ती गांवों तक पहुंच बनाकर लोगों से सीधे संवाद किया।
“कुंडली मिलाओ या न मिलाओ, सिकल सेल एनीमिया जांच अवश्य कराओ” जैसे संदेशों के माध्यम से यह समझाने का प्रयास किया गया कि जांच केवल एक औपचारिकता नहीं, बल्कि आने वाली पीढ़ियों की सुरक्षा से जुड़ा विषय है।
कई स्थानों पर प्रारंभिक संकोच और भय भी देखने को मिला, जहां परिवार रक्त जांच को लेकर हिचकिचा रहे थे। ऐसे में ANM, GNM, डॉक्टरों, आशा वर्कर्स, साहिया और आंगनबाड़ी सेविकाओं ने धैर्य के साथ लोगों को समझाया, वैज्ञानिक तथ्यों के माध्यम से भ्रांतियों को दूर किया और विश्वास कायम किया।
इस पूरे अभियान की रीढ़ जिले के ANM, GNM, चिकित्सक, लैब टेक्नीशियन, MPW, आशा वर्कर्स, साहिया एवं आंगनबाड़ी सेविकाएं रहीं। इन स्वास्थ्यकर्मियों ने कई बार कठिन परिस्थितियों में भी गांव–गांव जाकर सैंपल कलेक्शन, जांच, रिपोर्टिंग और संदिग्ध मामलों के रेफरल की जिम्मेदारी निभाई। उनकी निरंतर मौजूदगी और मानवीय संवाद ने लोगों को जांच के लिए आगे आने का साहस दिया।
नियमित मॉनिटरिंग से जांच अभियान को मिली सफलता
यह अभियान उपायुक्त गुमला के दिशा-निर्देश एवं सतत निगरानी में संचालित किया गया। जिला एवं प्रखंड स्तर पर नियमित समीक्षा बैठकें, दैनिक प्रगति रिपोर्ट और माइक्रो प्लानिंग के माध्यम से अभियान की हर गतिविधि पर नजर रखी गई। उपायुक्त ने अपने स्तर से प्रत्येक दिन की मॉनिटरिंग की।
अब जबकि जांच प्रक्रिया पूर्ण हो चुकी है, अगला चरण सिकल सेल कैरियर एवं रोगियों के लिए निरंतर काउंसिलिंग, उपचार, फॉलो-अप और परिवार नियोजन संबंधी मार्गदर्शन का है, ताकि बीमारी के प्रभाव को नियंत्रित किया जा सके और भविष्य में इसके प्रसार को रोका जा सके।
उपायुक्त प्रेरणा दीक्षित ने जिला प्रशासन की ओर से इस अभियान में सहयोग देने वाले सभी स्वास्थ्यकर्मियों, विभागीय अधिकारियों, पंचायत प्रतिनिधियों और आम नागरिकों के प्रति आभार व्यक्त किया जिनके विश्वास और सहभागिता से यह प्रयास सफल हो सका।
