“प्रोजेक्ट द्वार” के तहत उपायुक्त ने किया आकांक्षी प्रखंड डुमरी स्थित PVTG ग्राम असुरटोली का दौरा

गुमला : – गुमला उपायुक्त प्रेरणा दीक्षित ने “प्रोजेक्ट द्वार” के तहत जिले के आकांक्षी प्रखंड डुमरी में स्थित PVTG (आदिम जनजातीय) गांव असुरटोली/लातापानी (करमदोन) का दौरा किया। यह दौरा ऐतिहासिक रहा, क्योंकि आज से पूर्व कोई भी उपायुक्त असुरटोली गांव तक नहीं पहुंची थीं। उपायुक्त के गांव पहुंचते ही ग्रामीणों में उत्साह, भरोसा और उम्मीद का माहौल देखने को मिला।
असुरटोली गांव में PVTG समुदाय ‘असुर’ (आदिम जनजाति) के कुल 10 परिवार निवास करते हैं, जिनकी आबादी लगभग 62 है। वहीं लातापानी गांव में PVTG समुदाय ‘कोरवा’ (आदिम जनजाति) के 13 परिवार रहते हैं, जिनकी कुल आबादी लगभग 50 है। दोनों गांव भौगोलिक रूप से दुर्गम हैं और लंबे समय से बुनियादी सुविधाओं की कमी से जूझ रहे हैं।
उपायुक्त प्रेरणा दीक्षित ने ग्रामीणों से सीधा संवाद किया और उनकी समस्याओं को गंभीरता से सुना। उन्होंने कहा कि वे ग्रामीणों से सीधे बात कर उनकी वास्तविक समस्याओं को समझने और समाधान सुनिश्चित करने के उद्देश्य से गांव पहुंची हैं।
इस दौरान गांव की मुखिया ज्योति बहेर देवी ने उपायुक्त का स्वागत करते हुए इसे गांव के लिए गर्व का क्षण बताया, उन्होंने कहा कि यह पहली बार है जब उपायुक्त स्वयं हमारे गांव में आई है। मौके पर उन्होंने गांव की प्रमुख समस्याओं को रखते हुए कहा कि गांव तक पहुंचने के लिए पक्की सड़क नहीं है, जिससे आवागमन, स्वास्थ्य सेवाओं और बच्चों की शिक्षा प्रभावित होती है। उन्होंने बताया कि असुरटोली में पानी की टंकी फट चुकी है, जबकि लिटियाचुआ एवं औखरखड़ा में भी पानी की टंकियां क्षतिग्रस्त हैं, जिनकी मरम्मत अत्यंत आवश्यक है। साथ ही महिलाओं को आजीविका से जोड़ने की मांग भी रखी गई।
ग्रामीणों की समस्याओं को गंभीरता से लेते हुए उपायुक्त प्रेरणा दीक्षित ने मौके पर ही संबंधित विभागों के अधिकारियों को आवश्यक निर्देश दिए। उन्होंने पेयजल एवं स्वच्छता विभाग (PHED) के कार्यपालक अभियंता को निर्देश दिया कि फटी हुई पानी की टंकी को तत्काल, अगले दिन ही दुरुस्त कराया जाए। सड़क निर्माण को लेकर ग्रामीण अभियंत्रण संगठन (REO) के जेई को स्थल निरीक्षण कर सड़क का अलाइनमेंट तैयार करने का निर्देश दिया गया। वहीं महिलाओं के स्वरोजगार को बढ़ावा देने के लिए मशरूम उत्पादन प्रशिक्षण दिलाने का भी निर्देश उपायुक्त ने दिया।
उपायुक्त ने ग्रामीणों को स्वास्थ्य और शिक्षा के प्रति जागरूक करते हुए कहा कि सभी अभिभावक अपने बच्चों को नियमित रूप से स्कूल भेजें। उन्होंने कुपोषण पर चिंता व्यक्त करते हुए कहा कि कोई भी बच्चा कुपोषण का शिकार न हो, इसके लिए प्रशासन पूरी गंभीरता से कार्य कर रहा है। उपायुक्त ने बताया कि वे गांवों में आने से पहले ही सर्वे कर छूटे हुए लाभुकों को योजनाओं से जोड़ने का कार्य कर रही हैं। मौके पर उपायुक्त ने मूंगा के साग के सेवन पर भी विशेष रूप से सभी को जागरूक किया, एवं उपायुक्त ने स्वयं सहजन ( मुनगा) के पौधे लगाते हुए स्थानीय नागरिकों को इसके गुण के बारे में बताया ,कहा कि प्रतिदिन इसके सेवन से कुपोषण से मुक्ति मिलेगी हीमोग्लोबिन स्तर में सुधार आएगा

सर्वे के तहत असुरटोली गांव में कई सरकारी योजनाओं का लाभ मौके पर ही प्रदान किया गया। इसमें 4 लाभुकों को राशन कार्ड, 5 को आधार कार्ड, 7 को जन्म प्रमाण पत्र, 5 को पेंशन प्रमाण पत्र, 3 लाभुकों को सावित्रीबाई फुले किशोरी समृद्धि योजना, 2 को मातृ वंदना योजना, 2 को आवासीय प्रमाण पत्र, 5 को जाति प्रमाण पत्र तथा 11 लाभुकों के बीच आयुष्मान कार्ड का वितरण किया गया। इसके अतिरिक्त 24 परिवारों के बीच कंबल एवं 24 परिवारों को मच्छरदानी का वितरण किया गया।
ग्रामीणों ने ओहखड़गढा से लतापानी होते हुए छत्तीसगढ़ बॉर्डर तक लगभग 4 किलोमीटर सड़क निर्माण की मांग को लेकर उपायुक्त को आवेदन भी सौंपा, जिस पर उपायुक्त ने शीघ्र कार्रवाई का आश्वासन दिया।

इस अवसर पर सिविल सर्जन गुमला, SDO चैनपुर, DCLR चैनपुर, जिला आपूर्ति पदाधिकारी , जिला योजना पदाधिकारी, बीडीओ डुमरी, जिला समाज कल्याण पदाधिकारी, विभिन्न विभागों के कार्यपालक अभियंता एवं अन्य पदाधिकारी उपस्थित थे।
