त्योहार को देखते हुए गुमला में खाद्य सुरक्षा विभाग का विशेष अभियान

गुमला : – गुमला जिला में आगामी पर्व मकर संक्रांति को ध्यान में रखते हुए आमजनों के स्वास्थ्य की सुरक्षा सुनिश्चित करने तथा मिलावटी एवं अमानक खाद्य पदार्थों की बिक्री पर प्रभावी रोक लगाने के उद्देश्य से उपायुक्त गुमला प्रेरणा दीक्षित के निर्देश पर आज गुमला जिले में खाद्य सुरक्षा पदाधिकारी प्रकाश चंद्र गुग्गी के नेतृत्व में विशेष छापेमारी सह निरीक्षण अभियान चलाया गया।

इस अभियान के अंतर्गत गुमला शहर स्थित विभिन्न खाद्य प्रतिष्ठानों का निरीक्षण किया गया, जिनमें प्रमुख रूप से लाखो होटल, केशरी ब्रदर्स, केशरी भंडार, मंत्री स्टोर, बिमल जूस, प्रिंस जी तिलकुट, न्यू गुमला स्टोर, एक्का रेस्टोरेंट एवं अनूप केशरी के प्रतिष्ठान शामिल थे।

निरीक्षण के क्रम में लाखो होटल में साफ-सफाई में कमी पाए जाने के कारण अर्थदंड लगाया गया। वहीं केशरी ब्रदर्स से हल्दी तथा प्रिंस जी तिलकुट से तिल का नमूना संग्रह कर जांच हेतु प्रयोगशाला भेजा गया।

खाद्य सुरक्षा पदाधिकारी ने आम नागरिकों से अपील की कि यदि कहीं भी खाद्य पदार्थों की गुणवत्ता अथवा मिलावट से संबंधित कोई शिकायत हो, तो उसे फूड सेफ्टी कनेक्ट ऐप के माध्यम से दर्ज कराएं, ताकि समय पर आवश्यक कार्रवाई सुनिश्चित की जा सके।
