गुमला : – गुमला जिला अन्तर्गत स्थित कामडारा प्रखंड के तुरबूल डाड़ टोली गांव की रहने वाली हेमावती कुमारी आज आत्मनिर्भरता और सम्मानजनक जीवन की मिसाल बन चुकी हैं। कभी कठिन परिस्थितियों में जीवन यापन करने वाली हेमावती की ज़िंदगी में फूलो-झानो आशीर्वाद अभियान ने सकारात्मक बदलाव लाया है।
हेमावती चांदनी आजीविका सखी मंडल एवं तुरबूल आजीविका ग्राम संगठन से जुड़ीं, जहां उन्हें यह समझाया गया कि सम्मानजनक आजीविका के माध्यम से भी स्थायी आमदनी संभव है। इसके बाद उन्होंने परंपरागत हड़िया-शराब के काम को छोड़कर खेती को अपनी आजीविका का माध्यम बनाया।
सरकार एवं सहयोगी संस्थाओं के समन्वित प्रयास से हेमावती को आवश्यक प्रशिक्षण एवं संसाधन उपलब्ध कराए गए।
लाह की खेती के लिए उन्हें रांची स्थित नामकुम आईसीएआर (ICAR) द्वारा प्रशिक्षण दिया गया, साथ ही टूल किट एवं 5 किलोग्राम लाह बीज उपलब्ध कराया गया। वहीं ओरेकल प्रोजेक्ट के माध्यम से आलू की खेती हेतु 50 किलोग्राम बीज प्रदान किया गया।
आज हेमावती अपने घर पर लाह एवं आलू की उन्नत खेती कर रही हैं। उनकी आय में उल्लेखनीय वृद्धि हुई है और अब वे आत्मसम्मान के साथ अपने परिवार का भरण-पोषण कर रही हैं।
हेमावती दीदी का कहना है कि “इस योजना ने मुझे अंधेरे से बाहर निकाला है। अब मैं सम्मान के साथ खेती कर रही हूं और आत्मनिर्भर जीवन जी रही हूं।”
यह सफलता कहानी फूलो-झानो आशीर्वाद अभियान के माध्यम से सामाजिक परिवर्तन, आजीविका सृजन और महिलाओं के सशक्तिकरण का जीवंत उदाहरण है।
