भरनो अंचल में आयोजित अंचल दिवस में 55 समस्याओं का त्वरित समाधान

गुमला :- उपायुक्त प्रेरणा दीक्षित के निर्देशानुसार नागरिकों की अंचल से संबंधित समस्याओं के त्वरित, प्रभावी एवं पारदर्शी समाधान के उद्देश्य से होने वाले विशेष अंचल दिवस कार्यक्रम की श्रृंखला के तहत भरनो प्रखंड सह अंचल कार्यालय में अंचल दिवस का सफल आयोजन किया गया। इस कार्यक्रम से क्षेत्र के आम नागरिकों को बड़ी राहत मिली।
अंचल दिवस कार्यक्रम में अपर समाहर्ता गुमला शशिंद्र कुमार बड़ाइक, अनुमंडल पदाधिकारी गुमला राजीव नीरज, एलआरडीसी गुमला राजीव कुमार, अंचल अधिकारी भरनो, प्रखंड विकास पदाधिकारी भरनो सहित संबंधित विभागों के पदाधिकारी एवं कर्मीगण उपस्थित रहे। सभी अधिकारियों ने एक ही छत के नीचे बैठकर नागरिकों की अंचल संबंधी समस्याओं को गंभीरता एवं संवेदनशीलता के साथ सुना तथा अधिकांश मामलों का मौके पर ही समाधान किया।

कार्यक्रम में पहुंचे नागरिकों ने जिला प्रशासन की इस पहल की सराहना करते हुए कहा कि सभी संबंधित अधिकारी एक साथ उपलब्ध रहने से समस्याओं की सुनवाई और निवारण त्वरित रूप से संभव हो पा रहा है, जिससे अब उन्हें अलग-अलग कार्यालयों के चक्कर नहीं लगाने पड़ रहे हैं। शिविर में कई आवेदकों को अपनी समस्याओं का ऑन-द-स्पॉट समाधान मिला, जिससे उनके चेहरे पर संतोष और खुशी स्पष्ट रूप से देखने को मिली।
आज के अंचल दिवस में कुल 55 आवेदनों पर सुनवाई की गई, जिनमें से 23 आवेदनों का मौके पर ही निष्पादन किया गया। उपायुक्त के जन शिकायत निवारण दिवस से संबंधित कुल 02 आवेदन प्राप्त हुए, जिनमें से सभी का निस्तारण कर दिया गया।
जाति प्रमाण पत्र के 04 में से सभी 04, आय प्रमाण पत्र के 11 में से सभी 11 तथा आवासीय प्रमाण पत्र के 06 में से सभी 06 आवेदन का तत्काल निष्पादन किया गया। इसके अतिरिक्त पंजी–II अद्यतन, दाखिल खारिज, एवं विविध आवेदन से संबंधित क्रमशः 26, 02 एवं 04 आवेदन प्राप्त हुए, जिसपर आवश्यक जांच व कारवाई की जा रही है।
