एफएसएसएआई की महत्वाकांक्षी योजना ‘इट राइट स्कूल’ अभियान के तहत छात्राओं को स्वस्थ, सुरक्षित एवं संतुलित आहार के प्रति किया गया जागरूक

गुमला : – गुमला उपायुक्त प्रेरणा दीक्षित के निर्देश के आलोक में गुमला जिला खाद्य सुरक्षा पदाधिकारी प्रकाश चंद्र गुग्गी द्वारा जिले में खाद्य सुरक्षा मानकों के अनुपालन को सुनिश्चित करने हेतु निरंतर निरीक्षण सह जागरूकता अभियान चलाया जा रहा है। इसी क्रम में आज कस्तूरबा गांधी विद्यालय, गुमला के रसोईघर का निरीक्षण किया गया।

निरीक्षण के दौरान रसोईघर की साफ-सफाई, खाद्य सामग्री के सुरक्षित भंडारण, भोजन निर्माण एवं परोसने की प्रक्रिया की गहन जांच की गई। जांच के क्रम में रसोईघर में साफ-सफाई में कुछ कमियां पाई गईं, जिस पर संबंधित कर्मियों को शीघ्र आवश्यक सुधार करने का निर्देश दिया गया। साथ ही भोजन निर्माण एवं परोसने में संलग्न सभी कर्मियों को एप्रन, ग्लव्स एवं हेडगियर का अनिवार्य रूप से उपयोग करने हेतु निर्देशित किया गया।

इस अवसर पर आधुनिक हल्दी पाउडर एवं आधुनिक सब्जी मसाला के नमूने संग्रह कर जांच हेतु प्रयोगशाला भेजे गए। बच्चों में खाद्य सुरक्षा के प्रति जागरूकता बढ़ाने के उद्देश्य से छात्र-छात्राओं को खाद्य सुरक्षा से जुड़े महत्वपूर्ण उपायों की जानकारी दी गई तथा विभिन्न खाद्य पदार्थों का लाइव प्राथमिक परीक्षण कर दिखाया गया। इसके साथ ही अखाद्य रंगों के दुष्प्रभावों की जानकारी दी गई तथा फोर्टीफाइड फूड के उपयोग एवं उसके महत्व के बारे में विस्तारपूर्वक बताया गया।

‘इट राइट स्कूल’ अभियान के अंतर्गत बच्चों को “आज से थोड़ा कम तेल, चीनी और नमक” अभियान की विस्तृत जानकारी दी गई। छात्राओं को जंक फूड, अत्यधिक मीठे पेय पदार्थ एवं तले-भुने खाद्य पदार्थों से दूरी बनाए रखने की सलाह दी गई, ताकि उनके स्वास्थ्य पर पड़ने वाले दुष्प्रभावों एवं बढ़ते मोटापे से बचा जा सके। साथ ही संतुलित एवं पौष्टिक आहार अपनाने, भोजन की बर्बादी न करने तथा स्वस्थ जीवनशैली को अपनाने के लिए प्रेरित किया गया।

खाद्य सुरक्षा पदाधिकारी ने विद्यालय प्रबंधन एवं रसोई कर्मियों को सख्त निर्देश देते हुए कहा कि बच्चों के स्वास्थ्य से किसी भी प्रकार का समझौता न किया जाए तथा सभी खाद्य सुरक्षा मानकों का कड़ाई से पालन सुनिश्चित किया जाए।

यह जागरूकता एवं निरीक्षण अभियान आगे भी जिले के विभिन्न विद्यालयों एवं संस्थानों में निरंतर जारी रहेगा l
