कस्तूरबा गांधी बालिका आवासीय विद्यालयों की वार्डन्स के लिए पांच दिवसीय आवासीय कार्यशाला की शुरुआत

झारखंड शिक्षा परियोजना परिषद एवं राष्ट्रीय शैक्षिक योजना एवं प्रशासन संस्थान (NIEPA), नई दिल्ली के संयुक्त तत्वावधान में आज से झारखंड एवं छत्तीसगढ़ में संचालित कस्तूरबा गांधी बालिका आवासीय विद्यालयों की वार्डन्स के सशक्तिकरण हेतु पाँच दिवसीय आवासीय प्रशिक्षण कार्यशाला का शुभारंभ हुआ। कार्यशाला का उद्घाटन झारखंड शिक्षा परियोजना परिषद के निदेशक श्री शशि रंजन ने किया। इस अवसर पर झारखंड शिक्षा परियोजना परिषद के प्रशासी पदाधिकारी श्री एस.डी. तिग्गा, राज्य बालिका शिक्षा प्रभारी श्रीमती अनूपा तिर्की, NIEPA की परियोजना निदेशक डॉ. सांत्वना मिश्रा, सीनियर प्रोजेक्ट सलाहकार डॉ. संध्या वैद, डॉ. रश्मी चौहान, डॉ. अंकिता दुबे सहित जेईपीसी के अन्य पदाधिकारी उपस्थित रहे। कस्तूरबा गांधी बालिका आवासीय विद्यालयों की चयनित वार्डन्स ने इस कार्यशाला में मास्टर ट्रेनर के रूप में सहभागिता की।

कार्यशाला के उदघाटन सत्र को संबोधित करते हुए झारखंड शिक्षा परियोजना निदेशक श्री शशि रंजन ने कहा कि कस्तूरबा गांधी बालिका आवासीय विद्यालय झारखंड राज्य में बालिका शिक्षा में अग्रणी भूमिका निभा रहा है। कस्तूरबा विद्यालयों की सफलता को देखते हुए झारखंड सरकार ने इसी तर्ज पर झारखंड बालिका आवासीय विद्यालय की स्थापना की, जिसका संपोषण पूर्ण रूप से राज्य सरकार द्वारा किया जा रहा है। इस कार्यशाला में जिन मास्टर ट्रेनर्स को प्रशिक्षण मिलेगा, उनके द्वारा केजीबीवी के साथ साथ झारखंड बालिका आवासीय विद्यालय की वार्डन्स को भी प्रशिक्षण दिया जाए, यह व्यवस्था की जायेगी। कस्तूरबा गांधी बालिका आवासीय विद्यालयों को सीएम स्कूल ऑफ़ एक्सीलेंस के अंतर्गत भी शामिल किया गया है, इन विद्यालयों को सेंटर ऑफ़ एक्सीलेंस बनाने की दिशा में कार्य हो रहा है। हमें इन विद्यालयों से हमें काफी अपेक्षाएं है। झारखंड के सभी शिक्षकों को 50 घंटे की अनिवार्य सीसीपीडी ट्रेनिंग भी दी जा रही है। मास्टर ट्रेनर होने के कारण चयनित वार्डन्स का प्रशिक्षण समर्पित होना चाहिए। इसका लाभ भविष्य में सभी वार्डन्स और शिक्षकों को मिले, यह सुनिश्चित हो।

सत्र को संबोधित करते हुए राष्ट्रीय शैक्षिक योजना एवं प्रशासन संस्थान की वाईस चांसलर प्रोफेसर शशिकला वंजारी ने कहा कि यह कार्यशाला कस्तूरबा गांधी बालिका आवसीय विद्यालयों की वार्डन्स के क्षमता निर्माण और उनके सशक्तिकरण के लिए किया जा रहा है। कस्तूरबा विद्यालय स्कूली शिक्षा में अहम् योगदान देते है। कस्तूरबा विद्यालयों में वार्डन्स ना केवल केयरटेकर की भूमिका में होती है, बल्कि वे बच्चियों के लिए ‘मां’ की भूमिका भी निभाती है। वार्डन ही KGBV में शिक्षा, स्वछता और सुरक्षा के मूल्यों को बढ़ावा देती हैं। वार्डन्स बालिकाओ के लिए बेहतर परामर्शदाता का कार्य भी करती है। यह कार्यशाला वार्डन्स को चुनौतियों से निपटने और समस्याओ के समाधान में काफी मदद करेगी।

कार्यशाला की जानकारी देते हुए NIEPA की परियोजना निदेशक डॉ. सांत्वना मिश्रा ने बताया कि पाँच दिवसीय इस आवासीय प्रशिक्षण में छात्राओं की सुरक्षा एवं संरक्षण, नेतृत्व विकास, प्रभावी हॉस्टल प्रबंधन, मानसिक स्वास्थ्य, लैंगिक संवेदनशीलता, बाल अधिकार, आपातकालीन प्रबंधन एवं शैक्षणिक वातावरण को सुदृढ़ बनाने जैसे महत्वपूर्ण विषयों पर सत्र आयोजित किए जाएंगे। कार्यशाला का उद्देश्य वार्डन्स की पेशेवर दक्षताओं को सशक्त बनाते हुए कस्तूरबा विद्यालयों में गुणवत्तापूर्ण एवं सुरक्षित आवासीय वातावरण सुनिश्चित करना है। रांची में आयोजित यह कार्यशाला देश में सांतवी प्रशिक्षण कार्यशाला है। इससे पूर्व उत्तर प्रदेश, महाराष्ट्र और तेलंगाना में कार्यशालाएं आयोजित की गयी है। कार्यशाला पूर्णतः गतिविधि आधारित है।

पांच दिनों तक इन विषयो पर केंद्रित होगी कार्यशाला

पांच दिवसीय यह कार्यशाला पांच महत्वपूर्ण विषयो पर केंद्रित होगी। इनमे समग्र शिक्षा अभियान और कस्तूरबा गांधी बालिका आवासीय विद्यालय की भूमिका को समझना, वित्तीय अनुशासन और बजट को समझना, व्यक्तिगत स्वच्छता को समझना, मानसिक स्वास्थ्य आवश्यकताओं को समझना और लैंगिक सशक्तिकरण जैसे महत्वपूर्ण विषय शामिल होंगे। इन विषयो पर वार्डन्स को गतिविधि आधारित प्रशिक्षण दिया जाएगा, जिससे उन्हें व्यवहारिक और गुणात्मक प्रशिक्षण प्राप्त हो।
