झारखंड में अवैध अफीम की खेती और बढ़ती नशे की समस्या पर सरकार की सख्ती, प्रचार रथ से चलाया जा रहा जागरूकता अभियान

रांची। झारखंड में अवैध अफीम की खेती एक गंभीर और लगातार बढ़ती समस्या बन चुकी है। राज्य के कई आदिवासी और ग्रामीण इलाकों में चोरी-छिपे अफीम की खेती की जा रही है, जिससे न केवल कानून-व्यवस्था प्रभावित हो रही है, बल्कि समाज में नशे की लत भी तेजी से फैल रही है। इसके दुष्प्रभाव युवाओं, परिवारों और सामाजिक ताने-बाने पर साफ तौर पर देखे जा सकते हैं।

राज्य में ड्रग्स की समस्या दिन-ब-दिन विकराल रूप लेती जा रही है। नशे की चपेट में आकर युवा पीढ़ी अपने भविष्य के साथ खिलवाड़ कर रही है। अवैध अफीम की खेती से तैयार होने वाले नशीले पदार्थों की आपूर्ति न केवल झारखंड, बल्कि अन्य राज्यों तक भी पहुंच रही है, जिससे यह समस्या और भी गंभीर हो गई है।

इस चुनौती से निपटने के लिए झारखंड सरकार लगातार नए और प्रभावी उपाय अपना रही है। इसी क्रम में सरकार ने अवैध अफीम की खेती के खिलाफ जन-जागरूकता फैलाने के लिए प्रचार रथ अभियान की शुरुआत की है। इस प्रचार रथ के माध्यम से गांव-गांव जाकर लोगों को अफीम की खेती न करने के लिए जागरूक किया जा रहा है और इसके कानूनी व सामाजिक दुष्परिणामों की जानकारी दी जा रही है।

प्रचार रथ में लगे ऑडियो-वीडियो संदेशों, बैनरों और पोस्टरों के जरिए यह बताया जा रहा है कि अफीम की खेती न केवल अपराध है, बल्कि यह समाज और आने वाली पीढ़ियों के लिए घातक भी है। साथ ही, सरकार द्वारा वैकल्पिक आजीविका के साधनों और कृषि योजनाओं की जानकारी भी ग्रामीणों को दी जा रही है, ताकि वे नशे से जुड़ी खेती छोड़कर सम्मानजनक जीवनयापन कर सकें।

सरकार का मानना है कि केवल कार्रवाई ही नहीं, बल्कि जागरूकता और जनसहयोग से ही इस समस्या पर प्रभावी नियंत्रण पाया जा सकता है। प्रचार रथ अभियान को लोगों का सकारात्मक समर्थन मिल रहा है और उम्मीद जताई जा रही है कि इससे झारखंड को नशामुक्त बनाने की दिशा में एक मजबूत कदम साबित होगा।
