इंदौर, जनवरी, 2026: बहुप्रतीक्षित इंडियाज़ रीजनल पीआर अवॉर्ड्स (आईआरपीआरए)- 40 अंडर 40 अपने चौथे संस्करण के साथ एक बार फिर चर्चा में रहा, जिसका वर्चुअल आयोजन शनिवार को सफलतापूर्वक संपन्न हुआ। इस मंच पर देशभर के उन चुनिंदा पीआर प्रोफेशनल्स को सम्मानित किया गया, जिन्होंने 40 वर्ष से कम उम्र में अपने उत्कृष्ट काम, सोच और स्ट्रेटेजी से पब्लिक रिलेशंस इंडस्ट्री में एक मजबूत पहचान बनाई है।
इस प्रतिष्ठित पहल का उद्देश्य रीजनल भारत से उभर रही पीआर प्रतिभाओं को पहचान देना और उन्हें राष्ट्रीय स्तर पर मंच प्रदान करना है। चयन प्रक्रिया वरिष्ठ इंडस्ट्री लीडर्स और कम्युनिकेशन एक्सपर्ट्स की ज्यूरी द्वारा की गई।
कार्यक्रम की शुरुआत एक प्रभावशाली पैनल डिस्कशन से हुई, जिसमें “रीजनल मार्केट्स ऐज़ ग्रोथ इंजन: ब्रांड्स मेट्रो शहरों से बाहर पीआर बजट क्यों शिफ्ट कर रहे हैं” विषय पर चर्चा की गई। इस सत्र में बताया गया कि किस तरह टियर-2 और टियर-3 शहर तेजी से ब्रांड ग्रोथ के नए केंद्र बन रहे हैं और ब्रांड्स अब लोकल स्ट्रैटेजी और रीजनल पीआर नेटवर्क पर ज्यादा भरोसा कर रहे हैं।
इस वर्ष इंडियाज़ रीजनल पीआर अवॉर्ड- 40 अंडर 40 के तहत पाँच प्रमुख कैटेगरीज़ में अवॉर्ड दिए गए। इन कैटेगरीज़ के माध्यम से ब्रांड बिल्डिंग, रूरल एरिया, क्रिएटिव कैंपेन, हेल्थकेयर कम्युनिकेशन और स्टार्टअप पीआर में किए गए प्रभावशाली कार्यों के लिए रीजनल पीआर प्रोफेशनल्स को सम्मानित किया गया। 20 पीआर प्रोफेशनल्स के साथ ही साथ 20 पीआर एजेंसीज़ को भी सराहा गया।
इस पहल पर अपनी बात रखते हुए आईआरपीआरए के आयोजक पवन त्रिपाठी ने कहा, “आईआरपीआरए का उद्देश्य हमेशा से रीजनल भारत में मौजूद प्रतिभाशाली पीआर प्रोफेशनल्स को पहचान देना रहा है। इस संस्करण में देश के अलग-अलग हिस्सों से मिली भागीदारी यह दिखाती है कि आज मजबूत और प्रभावशाली कम्युनिकेशन लीडरशिप सिर्फ मेट्रो शहरों तक सीमित नहीं है। सभी विजेताओं को शुभकामनाएँ।”
बेस्ट इमर्जिंग पीआर स्ट्रैटेजिस्ट कैटेगरी में उन प्रोफेशनल्स को सम्मानित किया गया, जिन्होंने अपनी रणनीतिक सोच और प्लानिंग के जरिए ब्रांड्स को मजबूत दिशा दी। इस कैटेगरी में निखिल स्वामी (पंजाब), प्रशांत बक्सी (गुजरात), हनी के. भार्गव (हरियाणा), राजेश हिंगू (गुजरात), स्वाति चक्रवर्ती (वेस्ट बंगाल) और श्रद्धा भट्टाचार्य (मुंबई, महाराष्ट्र) को अवॉर्ड मिला।
बेस्ट रूरल एरिया पीआर कैंपेन कैटेगरी में ग्रामीण क्षेत्रों में असरदार कम्युनिकेशन और सामाजिक जुड़ाव पर आधारित अभियानों के लिए हमद मोहम्मद अतीक रहमान बेरलाश्कर (असम) और सुरभि चौरसिया (मध्य प्रदेश) को सम्मानित किया गया।

बेस्ट क्रिएटिव एंटरटेनमेंट कैंपेन कैटेगरी में क्रिएटिव सोच और इनोवेटिव एप्रोच के साथ एंटरटेनमेंट सेक्टर में किए गए सफल पीआर कैंपेन के लिए मानसी राठी (दिल्ली), धनश्री शर्मा (दिल्ली), रिक्ती शाह पंचाल (गुजरात), अमेय अंबरकर (महाराष्ट्र) और बिजयेता त्रिपाठी (ओडिशा) को अवॉर्ड प्रदान किया गया।
बेस्ट हेल्थकेयर कम्युनिकेशन कैंपेन कैटेगरी में हेल्थकेयर सेक्टर में जागरूकता, भरोसे और प्रभावी कम्युनिकेशन स्थापित करने वाले कैंपेन्स के लिए रविंदर भारती (महाराष्ट्र), अनुभूति श्रीवास्तव, ओजस्वी शर्मा (चंडीगढ़) और गुरप्रीत नोंगकिनरिह (असम) को सम्मानित किया गया।
स्टार्टअप्स के लिए बेस्ट पीआर कैंपेन कैटेगरी में उभरते हुए स्टार्टअप ब्रांड्स के लिए प्रभावी पीआर स्ट्रेटेजीस को सफलतापूर्वक लागू करने के लिए शेवानी ठाकुर गुप्ता (जम्मू और कश्मीर), मधुप्रिया सेनगुप्ता (वेस्ट बंगाल) और पबीता मिश्रा (ओडिशा) को अवॉर्ड दिया गया।
