किसे पता था, इतनी जल्दी हिंदुत्व की सांस फूलने लगेेेगी, लड़ वे रहे हैं, जो एक हो रहे थे…! 

तो प्यारे देशवासियो, हमारा देश एक बहुत रोचक मुकाम पर पहुंचता हुआ दिख रहा है। भूल जाइए-अजट-बजट। बजट तो आते रहते हैं, जाते रहते हैं। लोग रोते हैं, सरकार हंसती रहती है। मंत्री और सत्तापक्ष के सांसद बजट के पक्ष में बेसुरा राग गाते रहते हैं और विपक्ष जोर-जोर से चीखता-चिल्लाता रहता है। इनमें से किसी को बजट से कोई फर्क नहीं पड़ता। कोई गरजने-बरसने का आनंद उठाता है तो कोई नाचने-गाने का! डेढ़-दो घंटे तक बजट पढ़ने से वित्त मंत्री के पैरों, जुबान और आंखों का मुफ्त परीक्षण हो जाता है। हैल्थ चेकअप हो जाता है।

बजट का यह स्थायी भाव है। जिसे सब पाज़िटिव दिखता है, समझो कि वह सत्ता में है और जिसे सब निगेटिव दिखता है, वह विपक्ष में है। सेठ दोनों तरफ़ होते हैं। उन्हें यह विशेष सुविधा है। उनका अपना फायदा-नुकसान ही देश का फायदा- नुकसान है। जब तक बजट रहेगा, यह सब रहेगा। इसमें कुछ भी नया नहीं है और नया हो भी नहीं सकता। विपक्ष बजट की तारीफ़ नहीं कर सकता, सत्तापक्ष उसकी निंदा नहीं कर सकता। इसलिए बजट को भूलो।

कहीं ‘एक हैं तो सेफ हैं’ का नारा बुलंद करनेवालों की एकता ख़तरे में तो नहीं…!

अभी बजट से अधिक रोचक है, धर्मक्षेत्रे-कुरुक्षेत्रे में चल रहा युद्ध! दोस्तो, कल तक जो ‘बंटेंगे तो कटेंगे’ के नारे लगा रहे थे, वे खुद इन दिनों बंटे और कटे हुए से हैं। जो ‘एक हैं तो सेफ हैं’ का नारा बुलंद कर रहे थे, उनकी एकता इतनी अधिक ख़तरे में है कि उनकी हालत पर रोना आता है और मुश्किल यह है कि मेरे पास रूमाल नहीं है। बंटने-कटने की बातें जिनको केंद्र में रखकर कही जा रही थीं, वे फिलहाल केंद्र से बाहर हैं। लड़ वे रहे हैं, जो एक हो रहे थे।

एक मुख्यमंत्री, एक शंकराचार्य से भिड़ा हुआ है। उनसे शंकराचार्य होने का प्रमाण मांग रहा है तो शंकराचार्य, मुख्यमंत्री से उनके हिंदू होने का प्रमाण मांग रहे हैं! मुख्यमंत्री ने कहा कि तुम शंकराचार्य नहीं, तो शंकराचार्य ने कहा तुम तो हिंदू भी नहीं! मुख्यमंत्री ने कहा, मैं तुम्हें राजसी ठाठ-बाट के साथ माघ मेला में गंगा स्नान नहीं करने दूंगा।

शंकराचार्य ने कहा कि अच्छा तो अब एक मुख्यमंत्री मुझसे शंकराचार्य होने का प्रमाणपत्र मांगेगा, उसकी ये हैसियत हो गई है? चालीस दिन देता हूं उसे, वह अपने को हिंदू साबित करे। नहीं किया तो उसे हिंदू धर्म से बाहर करवा दूंगा! वह हिंदू रहना चाहता है तो अपने राज्य में गोहत्या बंद करवाए वरना यह साबित हो जाएगा कि वह हिंदू नहीं, कालनेमि है, पाखंडी है, ढोंगी है। वह हिंदू है तो गोमाता को राज्यमाता घोषित करे वरना साधु- संत मिलकर उसे देख लेंगे! उधर कोई हिंदू रक्षा दल कह रहा है, ये शंकराचार्य नहीं है, ये रावणाचार्य है, कांग्रेसाचार्य है। लट्ठमलट्ठा हो रही है।

हम जैसे दर्शकों को मज़ा आ रहा है। अभी तो दोनों की नाक इतनी ज्यादा ऊंची है कि गर्दन नीची होने पर भी नाक ऊंची ही रहती है! एक चाहता है दूसरा अपनी नाक पहले नीची करे, दूसरा कह रहा है कि नहीं करूंगा, पहले वह नीची करे।

बाहरी शरीर में वैसे नाक थोड़ा सा स्थान घेरती है मगर पुरुष की सारी इज्ज़त इस टुन्नी सी नाक में समाई रहती है। बिना कटे यह नाक कट जाती है और बिना जुड़े यह जुड़ जाती है। तो अब दोनों एक-दूसरे की नाक काटने पर तुले हैं और संघ ने चाहा तो दोनों की नाक कटकर फिर जुड़ जाएगी मगर अभी तो दोनों ओर से छुर्रियां तनी हुई हैं। दोनों वार के लिए सही मौके का इंतजार कर रहे हैं। दोनों की हथेलियां एक-दूसरे की कटी हुई नाक रखकर दुनिया को दिखाना चाहती हैं। पिछले साढ़े ग्यारह साल का यह अपनी तरह का सबसे रोचक दृश्य है!

तो ये तो है हिंदुत्व का एक मोर्चा है। एक और मोर्चा भी खुल चुका है और वह बंद होकर भी बंद नहीं होनेवाला है! यूजीसी की नियमावली का झगड़ा तो सुप्रीम कोर्ट की कृपा से हिंदुत्ववादियों के पक्ष में अभी सुलझ गया है मगर सुलझ कर भी गहरे घाव दे गया है और ये घाव ऐसे हैं कि मरहम कोई भी लगाओ, सूखने वाले नहीं हैं। यूपी में ‘आई लव योगी जी, गो बैक यूजीसी’, ‘योगी तुझसे बैर नहीं, मोदी तेरी खैर नहीं’, ‘तूने सवर्ण समाज की पीठ में छुरा भोंका है, हम तुझे छाती ठोंककर जवाब देंगे’, ‘मोदी तेरी क़ब्र खुदेगी, योगी जी की छाती में’ के नारे लगे हैं। मोदी के पुतले को पीटा गया है, जलाया गया है। उनकी जाति याद दिलाई गई है और किसी का बाल भी बांका नहीं हुआ है!

 मोदी तेरी खैर नहीं, के नारे क्यों गूंजे..? 

मोदी जी की छाती में ये दर्द क्या अंदर तक घुसा नहीं है? मोदी जी की आदत किसी को माफ़ करने की नहीं है। इसके लिए वह योगी जी को कभी माफ कर सकते हैं? कभी नहीं! मोदी, योगी से बड़ा और पुराना घाघ है। ऊपर की चुप्पी अंदर की खलबली दिखा रही है। उधर योगी के बंदे कह रहे हैं कि मोदी तेरी खैर नहीं, उधर मोदी बिना कहे कह रहे हैं, योगी अब तेरी भी खैर नहीं।

तो योगी जी ने दोनों मोर्चे खोल रखे हैं। घर की लड़ाई पहली बार सड़क पर आ गई है। सुप्रीम कोर्ट ने अभी इस जंग पर ठंडा पानी डाला है मगर चिनगारियां नीचे दबी हुई हैं। हिंदुत्व के सौ साला अभियान की यह गति होगी, महीने भर पहले तक यह कौन जानता था! इतनी जल्दी हिंदुत्व की सांस फूलने लगी है, इसका किसे पता था? इतनी जल्दी द्वंद्व युद्ध शुरू हो जाएगा, किसे मालूम था!

लोहे पर चांदी और सोने की पालिश अब धीरे-धीरे उतरने लगी है। जो दूसरों को संकट में डाल रहे थे, बुलडोजर चला रहे थे, शस्त्र पूजन कर रहे थे, मस्जिद के आगे हनुमान चालीसा का पाठ करवा रहे थे, खुद संकट में आए हुए से लग रहे हैं। कम से कम इसका श्रीगणेश तो हो चुका है।

विश्वगुरु और जगद्गुरु क्यों भिड़े?

ये सब सत्ता के नशे में चूर हैं। विश्वगुरु जी और जगद्गुरु जी भिड़ रहे हैं। ऐसे में असम के मुख्यमंत्री सरमा जी का बंगाली मुसलमानोंवाला राग बेसुरा लग रहा है। जो ‘दुश्मन’ को नष्ट करने चले थे, जो इतिहास मिटाने चले थे, आज खुद नष्ट होने- मिटने के कगार पर हैं। इनके’ अच्छे दिन ‘जाने को बेताब से हैं। अच्छा है कि इनमें दंगल मचा हुआ है। इनका सनातन में तनातनी का आलम है।अगर मैं ईश्वर को माननेवाला हुआ होता तो कहता कि हे भगवान देश को हर रोज भटकानेवालों को इतना भटका कि ये घर का रास्ता ही भूल जाएं। मगर सावधान, अभी विश्राम का समय आया नहीं है।
