उपायुक्त प्रेरणा दीक्षित की अध्यक्षता में कृषि एवं संबद्ध विभागों की संयुक्त बैठक आयोजित

गुमला : – गुमला उपायुक्त प्रेरणा दीक्षित की अध्यक्षता में KCC, ऋण माफी, फसल राहत योजना, उद्योग, सहकारिता, JSLPS टास्क फोर्स, बैंक लिंकेज सहित कृषि, उद्यान, भूमि संरक्षण, मत्स्य, पशुपालन एवं गव्य विकास विभाग की संयुक्त समीक्षा बैठक का आयोजन किया गया।

बैठक के दौरान उपायुक्त द्वारा फसल राहत योजना की प्रगति की समीक्षा करते हुए संबंधित मद में व्यय (Expenditure) बढ़ाने तथा सभी पंचायतों में योजना के अंतर्गत अधिक से अधिक लाभुकों को जागरूक कर लाभान्वित करने के निर्देश दिए गए,साथ ही कृषि से संबंधित सभी योजनाओं के व्यापक प्रचार-प्रसार पर विशेष बल देते हुए किसानों को योजनाओं से जोड़ने हेतु प्रभावी रणनीति अपनाने का निर्देश दिया गया।
धान अधिप्राप्ति के अंतर्गत अब तक 5,75 पंजीकरण पूर्ण होने की जानकारी दी गई, जिस पर उपायुक्त द्वारा लैंप्स (LAMPS) पंजीकरण की संख्या बढ़ाने हेतु आवश्यक कदम उठाने के निर्देश दिए गए। सिसई में निर्मित कृषि पाठशाला के सामने भूमि विवाद के मामले में संबंधित अंचल अधिकारी को सत्यापन कर आवश्यक कार्रवाई करने का निर्देश दिया गया। इसके साथ ही रबी, मक्का, मसूर एवं अन्य दलहन फसलों के क्षेत्र विस्तार पर विशेष फोकस करने तथा केसीसी के माध्यम से अधिक से अधिक नागरिकों को जोड़ने के निर्देश दिए गए।
भूमि संरक्षण विभाग अंतर्गत ट्रैक्टर वितरण की समीक्षा की गई तथा तालाब जीवर्धन कार्य मार्च माह के अंत तक पूर्ण करने का निर्देश दिया गया। ई-नाम पोर्टल पर पंजीकरण को बढ़ावा देने एवं अधिक से अधिक किसानों को इससे जोड़ने हेतु भी आवश्यक दिशा-निर्देश दिए गए।
मत्स्य पालन के क्षेत्र में मछली उत्पादन एवं संबद्ध विकास कार्यों को लेकर विस्तृत चर्चा की गई, ( भारत सरकार की Fisheries and Aquaculture Infrastructure Development Fund (FIDF) योजना के तहत निजी क्षेत्र में मत्स्य पालन एवं संबंधित स्टार्ट-अप कार्यों हेतु ऋण उपलब्ध कराने को लेकर लाभुकों को जोड़ने पर विशेष चर्चा की गई। उपायुक्त द्वारा सिसई क्लस्टर में तालाब निर्माण कार्य को प्राथमिकता के आधार पर आगे बढ़ाने के निर्देश भी दिए गए।
बैठक के अंत में उपायुक्त द्वारा सभी संबंधित विभागों को आपसी समन्वय के साथ योजनाओं के प्रभावी क्रियान्वयन सुनिश्चित करने हेतु आवश्यक दिशा-निर्देश दिए गए।
इस अवसर पर मुख्य रूप से जिला कृषि पदाधिकारी, जिला पशुपालन पदाधिकारी, जिला सहकारिता पदाधिकारी, भूमि संरक्षण पदाधिकारी सहित अन्य संबंधित पदाधिकारी एवं कर्मी उपस्थित रहे।
