कथारा महाप्रबंधक के साथ राष्ट्रीय कोलियरी मजदूर संघ की बैठक, 12 फरवरी की प्रस्तावित हड़ताल पर हुई चर्चा

गोमिया- राष्ट्रीय कोलियरी मजदूर संघ की बैठक कथारा जीएम कार्यालय के सभागार में आयोजित की गई। बैठक में कथारा क्षेत्र के महाप्रबंधक संजय कुमार तथा राष्ट्रीय कोलियरी मजदूर संघ, सीसीएल के रीजनल सचिव वरुण कुमार सिंह मुख्य रूप से उपस्थित थे।
बैठक को संबोधित करते हुए महाप्रबंधक संजय कुमार ने कहा कि 12 फरवरी को प्रस्तावित हड़ताल कोयला उद्योग के हित में नहीं है। उन्होंने बताया कि सीसीएल का इस वर्ष उत्पादन लक्ष्य 110 मिलियन टन निर्धारित किया गया है। ऐसे में किसी भी प्रकार की हड़ताल उत्पादन लक्ष्य को प्रभावित कर सकती है। उन्होंने श्रमिक संगठनों से अपील की कि वे हड़ताल में शामिल न हों और उत्पादन कार्य को सुचारू रूप से जारी रखने में सहयोग करें।
वहीं, रीजनल सचिव वरुण कुमार सिंह ने कहा कि 12 फरवरी की एक दिवसीय हड़ताल मजदूर हित में है और इसे पूरे देश में विभिन्न ट्रेड यूनियनों का समर्थन प्राप्त है। उन्होंने कहा कि सरकार द्वारा लाए गए चार लेबर कोड कानून मजदूर विरोधी हैं, जिसके विरोध में उनका संगठन हड़ताल में शामिल हो रहा है।
बैठक में प्रबंधन की ओर से स्वांग कोलियरी के परियोजना पदाधिकारी श्री तिवारी, जारंगडीह के परियोजना पदाधिकारी पी.के. सेनगुप्ता, महाप्रबंधक (ऑपरेशन) विनोद कुमार, स्टाफ ऑफिसर (एचआर) माधुरी, राहुल कुमार सहित अन्य अधिकारी उपस्थित थे।
वहीं संगठन की ओर से क्षेत्रीय उपाध्यक्ष वकील अंसारी, गोविंदपुर के सचिव विकास कुमार सिंह, अध्यक्ष राजकुमार साव, स्वांग वाशरी के सचिव बी.के. श्रीवास्तव, अध्यक्ष भैरव लाल प्रजापति, आरआर शॉप के सचिव गुलाम हसनैन, अध्यक्ष अर्जुन राम, कथारा वाशरी के रंजीत मंडल, अशोक कुमार ओझा, किशुन मंडल, रिंटू सिंह एवं मोहम्मद सिकंदर सहित कई पदाधिकारी मौजूद थे।
