कल्याण गुरुकुल, गुमला से 9 अभ्यर्थियों को रोजगार हेतु दुबई रवाना किया गया

गुमला : – गुमला जिले के युवाओं को अंतरराष्ट्रीय स्तर पर सुरक्षित एवं संगठित रोजगार से जोड़ने के उद्देश्य से जिला कल्याण विभाग के नेतृत्व में संचालित कल्याण गुरुकुल, गुमला के माध्यम से आज शनिवार को 9 चयनित अभ्यर्थियों को रोजगार हेतु दुबई भेजा गया। सीलम स्थित कल्याण गुरुकुल परिसर से उप विकास आयुक्त दिलेश्वर महतो एवं जिला कल्याण पदाधिकारी आलोक रंजन द्वारा संयुक्त रूप से हरी झंडी दिखाकर अभ्यर्थियों को रवाना किया गया।
यह पहल कल्याण गुरुकुल में संचालित अंतरराष्ट्रीय ट्रेड्स प्रशिक्षण एवं प्लेसमेंट कार्यक्रम के अंतर्गत की गई है। उक्त कार्यक्रम प्रतिष्ठित अंतरराष्ट्रीय कंपनियों के सहयोग से संचालित है, जिसके तहत युवाओं को अंतरराष्ट्रीय मानकों के अनुरूप तकनीकी प्रशिक्षण, सॉफ्ट स्किल्स, साक्षात्कार की तैयारी तथा प्लेसमेंट सहायता उपलब्ध कराई जाती है। कार्यक्रम का संचालन प्रेझा फाउंडेशन के सहयोग से किया जा रहा है।
रोजगार हेतु चयनित अभ्यर्थियों को दुबई में प्रतिमाह 1,400 दिरहम (दुबई मुद्रा) मानदेय के अतिरिक्त आवास, भोजन एवं ओवरटाइम का भुगतान भी प्रदान किया जाएगा। प्रशिक्षण पूर्ण कर चुके इन युवाओं को पेशेवर कार्य वातावरण में कार्य करने का अवसर मिलेगा, जिससे उनकी आय में स्थायित्व आएगा तथा उनके परिवारों की आर्थिक स्थिति सुदृढ़ होगी।
उल्लेखनीय है कि कल्याण गुरुकुल, गुमला में 18 से 35 वर्ष आयु वर्ग के पुरुष अभ्यर्थियों के लिए अंतरराष्ट्रीय रोजगार से जुड़ा यह प्रशिक्षण एवं प्लेसमेंट कार्यक्रम संचालित किया जा रहा है। यह कार्यक्रम विशेष रूप से कम वार्षिक आय वाले परिवारों के युवाओं के लिए लक्षित है, ताकि उन्हें कौशल आधारित रोजगार के अवसर उपलब्ध कराए जा सकें।
